After researching multiple Honda dealerships and looking online I decided to buy in Stillwater to support my local economy. I spent several weeks trying to determine what model I want to buy I was looking for a high and four-wheel-drive ATVI mentioned multiple times that I always hated buying new because I left the lot and felt like I had been taken advantage of.They didn't have exactly what I wanted but after talking to his manager,We decided on a model and he gave me a 'good deal' because they didn't have exactly what I wanted. Bought the unit and had it loaded. I then remembered that I forgot to ask about the online discounts that Honda was offering. Found out that that was part of the good deal that I got. So he really didn't give me a discount he just applied the discount that I would get it anyway. I attempted to return the unit and got quite a bit of pushback. He wanted to make up for it he wanted to give me a better deal he wanted to give me a winch. I explained that he had his chance and I told him upfront that I did not like being taken advantage of. After threatening to sue they finally agreed to turn up the contract and take the unit back. I promptly went to the Polaris dealer and bought a unit from them and am very happy that I did so. Their team and owners have been great

We were only in town for a few days and needed two motorocycles repaired. We had called in advance and we understand the possibility of getting two bikes serviced in 2 days was slim. Ellen is awesome. She was very conscientious and very fair. They had both bikes running in one day and we were able to use the bikes on the farm before we left town. Her husband and every employee we met were very friendly and kind. They gave great service to a couple of out of towners.

I've ridden bikes all my life. I know what I want and rarely go looking unless I'm ready to buy. Found the very bike I was looking to buy so I emailed an inquiry into the dealership. The guy I spoke to on the phone seemed irritated from the start when I asked him what his best offer would be on a used model they have at their dealership. I respect the notion of him not wanting to discount his bike; however, he didn't just state that. He tried the hard car salesman tactic of not wanting to talk unless I came to the dealership and indicated I was wasting his time by even bothering him over the phone. Keep in mind, I'm not a tire kicker. When I go to buy, it's a done deal. I guess he just wasn't interested in making the sale, which is fine. Rather than act like he actually wanted my business, he just became terse and hung up as if disgusted. I am grateful for one thing out of the experience. Instead of getting mad, I was saved a wasted trip to Stillwater where I would be more of a menace than a customer. That in itself deserves one star more in their rating because it's better to tell me you don't want my business than create an embarrassing scene by taking money from someone you don't want to do business with in the first place.
