I purchased a 2019 Mustang GT from Skyway Honda with 42,000 miles on June 1, 2024.I was provided with the Carfax for the car I bought and it showed 2 minor cosmeticaccidents, what was not included in the Carfax was that the car had an additionalaccident that it had been involved in that required mechanical repair. I would have neverbought the car had I known that 1: It came from auction, 2: had an accident that requiredmechanical repair, and 3: I wouldn't have paid what I paid for the car had I known aboutthe additional accident. 2 weeks after I purchased the car, the catalytic converter wentout. I am very familiar with cars and catalytic converters don't just go out all of a sudden. They start to smell and illuminate the check engine light first. Due to this fact, I havereason to believe someone at the dealership purposefully hid it from me. I did nothingthat could have caused a cat failure within 2 weeks. I didn't complain about it when ithappened because I was able to get it covered under the dealership emissionswarranty. A few months later, I am being told by two different sources that I need a newengine due to the fact that the piston rings are bad. I have been quoted $7,500-$12,000for a new engine. The engine has roughly 50,000 miles on it and I have babied the it aswell as done routine maintenance. There is nothing I did that would've caused theengine to fail. I believe that I was sold this car with known MAJOR mechanical issues. After a couple attempts to get someone from the dealership to contact me to no avail, Ithreatened a lawsuit and only then did the General Manager of Skyway Honda reachout. I told him all of the above & to sum up what he told me: 'should've bought thewarranty and that there is nothing he can do, that the Carfax are used as a reference forthem and they don't know everything about the car'. You should be able to trust thepeople selling you a car. They clearly don't care about their customers or reputation.

I worked with Jeremy in Sales at Skyway Honda. I'm from Pennsylvania but as an airline worker I can travel for free. After much shenanigans and game playing by dealers in my state and even neighboring states, I ended up purchasing from Skyway Honda. They played no dealer games. The three biggest ones lately being:- Charging more than MSRP (I refuse to pay that). - Exorbitant dealer fees to the tune of $600-$900 extra for bologna (and often illegal add-ons). - Dealer added accessories that are grossly inflated by the dealer and as they claim that they can't take them off, you're basically blackmailed into accepting them. Skyway had none of those and they were honest, fair, and easy to deal with. It was worth the trip and the 1,300 mile drive to get my new Civic back to PA.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT and DEALERSHIP. I worked out a deal for my daughter over the phone with a Sales Rep. Exact amount was agreed to and the check was written (This was a Cash Deal). The next day, my daughter went to pick up the car. After 2 hours on the road to pick up the car, she gets a call saying that the car had already been sold to someone else (by another Salesperson). No call or apology from the Sales Manager. I don't fault the Salesperson because he lost the sale and wasted his day off to be there. Sales Management is totally unprofessional and makes the entire Dealership look bad. It's a shame because I was wanting to buy from them for my wife's and my own vehicle down the road.

No integrity, we came in yesterday to look at and test drive a truck. We liked it, talked numbers and signed paperwork. We put a hold on the truck and made an appointment to pay the very next day. We get a call one hour before the set appointment saying the manager sold the truck out from under us. The sales rep said he was very sorry and to come in anyways to look at their other inventory and they would cut us a deal to make up for the mishap. My husband goes in and their "deal" was us paying full price, $2,000 MORE than what we agreed to the previous day for a truck at a location in another state. They wouldn't even price match what we signed for already. The only thing he had to say was "if I ran the place, you wouldn't have been treated this way" seems like he was trying to be nice, but he completely waisted our time having us come back in and asking us to pay more, unwilling to budge even $1. So much for "cutting us a deal" thanks Skyway for waisting our time and being shady.

I haven't bought a car from them, since the change from Honda of Bartlesville to Skyway Honda. Bought two cars from them while they were Honda of Bartlesville. They are a no-dicker-sticker dealership, so the price posted on the car is the price you pay. They did the usual thing of trying to sell extended warranties and stuff like that. On one of my purchases they gave me blue book value for my trade. On the other one, they offered us $1000 for a well used 2002 Honda Civic with a standard tranny. Which was probably all it was worth. I mostly want to talk about the service department. I always found them to be reasonable priced and honest as dealership service departments go. In fact for an alternator change out in a CR-V they were only $100 over an independent shop in my neighborhood. Which I would have received and OEM alternator at Skyway, and after a failure of the non-OEM replacement that cost $2000 to repair. I kind of wonder if I would have been money ahead if I had done that. When they were HofB they would try to sell me a cabin air filter change out for $75.00. I learned out to do that for under $20.00 and it takes about five minutes. I see they have a coupon right now from Honda they will change the engine and cabin air filters for only $99.99. I can do that myself for much less and probably takes 15 min. However, since the change in ownership. The service department seems to have stopped some of that stuff. You take it in, have the work done, they give you a report on the condition of the vehicle, like how much tread the tires have left or how thick your brake pads are and if they recommend replacement. They do not try to pressure you into getting any additional work done. I kind of like that change. I just priced an oil change at a local fast lube. Skyway is about half of what these guys want, and I trust them much more than the 15 min or less places.

My family had an experience with Skyway and drive an hour and 15 minutes to look at a vehicle where it was pre approved online. After offering less than half what the trade in was, they didn't want to even talk unless $3,000 down. When I messaged the dealer and told them what I thought they called and said I was threatening them. I told them I was going to call the BBB and give them a bad review. Unfortunately, it is just a typical car lot. Expect scams and run around.
