I emailed them about my deposit because it didn't seem correct and they wouldn't even acknowledge me! We read the procedures and took care of the cleaning, carpet cleaning with receipts, lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizer, power washing ,and drywall patch work. That being said it cost me $1000 dollars for less then 100 sqft of painting(states $1.75 a sqft of paint and not to do on your own due to paint match) ,lightbulbs and air filters? Very shady i will not be using them again and do not recommend!

Terrible company! Anytime we needed anything repaired, It had to go through the owner of the home, Dr. Jarjoura DDS, which was fine with us, but getting anything fixed was impossible due to the fact that Homeworxs would never reply or they would pretend like we did not tell them about the issues.They even lost our contact information, to the point of BLAMING my girlfriend and she has had the same number since 2015 (and used for the lease). So they don't have my lease? Lost my information? Tells you how much they care about your personal information

Beware of moving into any property managed by homeworx. I have had a roach infestation since I moved in and have put in too many maintenance requests to count. The problem is still incredibly relevant and the only thing that they will do about it is tell me that "the person who lived here before you was a slob". Basically it's not their problem because the part tenant was a slob so I have to pay for her mistakes. I have talked to other tenants and they have roach problems as well. I did not have a P trap in my shower and had to finally tell them that I was going to the health department before they did anything at all to fix the problem. The plumbing is a constant problem but it is excusable as well because "it is an old building and that's just what happens". My shower floods over with sewage waste and water and even dead animal blood. My toilet will not flush some nights and the maintenance team is doing their best but the manager will not even answer my phone calls anymore. If I could rate this company with a 0 star review I would. It has been the worst experience of my life and I will constantly warn anyone and everyone about how I have been treated here.

Very frustrated experiences. When the first tenant moved out of our property, Homeworx told us the house was kept in a good situation. They recommended us to pay for the repair fee by ourselves, not ask the tenant to pay for it. We accepted because we were satisfied with the tenants, and would like to give their deposit back. After the new tenants moved in and we signed a new contract with homeworx, homeworx sent us a bill and said the previous tenant refused to pay the repair bill from their deposit. We were surprised. We thought we already paid everything for making the house ready and the tenants already got their full deposit. Then homeworx sent a new fixing list we never reviewed. For example, taking out the TV frame from the wall, or cleaning some areas no one thought it's dirty. Homeworx did it before the new tenants moved in. And finally this company successfully made the previous tenants paid 50% fee from their deposit, and we had to paid the remaining fee because breaking a new contract with Homeworx will make us lose lots of money. Homeworx is so good at this kind of operations.If you want to use homeworx to manage your property, please remember, homeworxs will keep charging you the monthly management fee once the tenants moved in. You can't stop paying them no matter how bad their service is. You must pay them until the lease ends. So we have to keep using their service. The second tenant has two big dogs which homeworx never told us before they moved in. The neighbors were scared by the dogs and called us. We asked homeworx to figure out what happened because we don't allow pets in the property. Homeworx told us the tenants said they are the service dogs, and said homeworx can't do anything about this. But they can check the house every 3 months and send us the pictures for review. We bought this service. So every time they sent us only several pictures of the house, which never show us the situation of the wood floor, the back yard etc. where we asked them to take a picture. We asked homeworx to take the pictures we need to see. But they never respond to our requests. We paid money, but never know the real situation of this property. We worried so much and refused the renew request from the second tenants. We also told homeworx we won't use their service after this lease ends. Once the tenants got the notice from homeworx, they run away immediately. Yes, they run away and gave us a fake check for the last month rent. Again, homeworx said there is nothing they can do. This company checked the house and told us it only takes a little more than half of the deposit to repair everything. Actually, homeworx charged the first tenant and us almost 2 months' rents to make the house ready. We don't trust them, and stopped working with them. We ask homeworx to give us the deposit back. We will use it to cover part of the rent we lost and the repair fee we will pay. Homeworx said the deposit fee can't be used to make up the rent we lost. It can only be used for repairing house. Since they said they only quote half of the deposit to fix the house, they will only return us this number, and the remaining deposit fee will belong to homeworx. It's their profit. We hired a new contractor to check the house. It's full of trash, the wood floor was totally damaged, very smelly, plants in yards are all dead etc. We need to spend more than $10,000 to fix it. So this is Homeworx, never help us to resolve any problems, tried everything to get money from both the landlord and the tenants, did nothing even the tenants run away without paying the rent, and refused to give us the deposit to make up for the loss. This is a greedy company with awful service.

Horrible. Walked into my home when I wasn't there with no notice. They sent one email which ended up in my spam folder. Then proceeded to tell me that I would be charged if they couldn't change an air filter. The home I moved into had an insane amount wrong with it broken doors, dirty, trash left outside, broken washer, broken toilet that I had to fix myself w/ water turned off to that toilet, trash in garage, broken closet etc now has broken garage door. Paying 1500/month or so in a nice neighborhood in Edmond. Before moving in a tenant all should be in working order and clean. Moved in in NOVEMBER and stuff from my original maintenance request still isn't fixed. It's funny they tell me they have a good reputation but I hear from people coming to fix my stuff that they are horrible.GOOOD LUCK!****update**** they did end up apologizing changing all of the locks and fixing my garage door after much complaining. I changed the stars to 3. I do now feel more safe even though this should have never happened they did address the issues.

Let me start with I've rented a house from them for a year, a ceiling lightbulb was suppose to be changed before moving in. Still hasn't been fixed. A week into loving there my sink started leaking, a month later they finally came to look at it. The agents are nothing but rude and unprofessional on so many levels. The house i live in now is about to be leased out, so they are doing showings. I'm nice enough to clean my house and leave for an hour to let other people look. The first time nobody told me it was canceled. And today I'm getting fined because the weather is bad and i was unable to leave my dog outside. Such bullshit.
