Purchased the sofa in September, had it delivered which cost me $60 to move it less than a mile. I contacted the management at the furniture store two days later and told them I felt like there was something wrong with the couch. Approximately 10 days later, a furniture repair man from Tulsa came to my home, and said that the cushions had settled, admitting that there were issues with the furniture.Jump forward with me to Wednesday before Thanksgiving, a repairman also from Tulsa came to the home, flipped the couch over and said he could not repair the couch that he was not qualified. I am mediately contacted Hoffmans jump forward with me to Wednesday before Thanksgiving, a repairman also from Tulsa came to the home, flipped the couch over and said he could not repair the couch that he was not qualified. I immediately contacted Hoffmans to repair to continue repair of the furniture. Rude management stated that the furniture was not delivered that it was picked up, however; I had receipts proving otherwise. Why did until after the holidays to call again, and did so. Previous conversation with repair shop stated they had been waiting for cushions for awhile. Cushions had been left, in my garage OPEN...I went and checked shipping labels, the product was shipped in Oct. , received on November 13. Hoffman's management answer was, "repairman will be out in 3 days, December 10". This piece of furniture has not been used as it is broken. 3 months of trying to get couch repair, says one thing! Poor management and poorer customer service...do yourself a favor, drive the extra mileage. If there was a lower rating, I would give it.

We stopped by and they had a great selection of furniture that is all reasonable priced. We were looking for accent chairs and found some that were made by Best Chairs-- a company that makes chairs in Indiana. We purchased 3 chairs and will go back as we saw other furniture we liked. They also sell name brands like Bassett. Mike was our sales person and he was friendly and not pushy at all. We were able to take 2 chairs same day and ordered the 3rd.

I had a great experience here. The furniture selection is much broader than you'd think, and the staff was helpful without ever being pushy. I'm happy with the table I purchased from them and I feel like I got that table at a good price for the quality. Would absolutely go to them first for any future furniture purposes.

I'm doing 2 stars instead of one because of prior business. Was lied to by salesperson and even though management refunded a warranty we were lied about the furniture started to fade and all we get is "do you take blood pressure medicine?" From multiple people at the store. Used to be happy shopping there but I'm "buyer beware" from now on. It's sad that I'm probably not a customer at Hoffman's anymore.

Purchased two Best brand recliners in 2018. Noticed sometime later that the supposedly identical chairs were quite different in the width of the seat. Oh well.About a year later my chair started coming apart at one corner of the wooden frame. The frame is soft wood, and while there are dowel joints, there is no glue in those joints or at corner braces; all fastening is done with narrow crown staples. The failed joint on mine was due to the staples never hitting the mark properly in the first place. When the seat started caving in causing the mechanism to bind, I figured it out and called the store. I was told the frame did not have a lifetime warranty, only the mechanism. I let the lady know I was sure the frame was also covered and that I had been told so by the salesman. She said it was not, and I told her I would check my paperwork. Sure enough, I found the tag to confirm what I had said.I had let some time pass, but I called the store again and told them I wanted to bring the chair in for warranty. Immediately the lady told me the store had been purchased (not relevant as they are a Best dealer, and it is a manufacturer warranty that they are bound to service). She went on to tell me "lifetime" does not mean my lifetime, but the lifetime of the chair, at which point I told her my parents had four Best recliners that had held up longer, and that was my reason for also coming to Hoffman's to purchase Best. She then said labor charges would be my responsibility (not true, according to my copy of the warranty). She then tried to have me contact Best. Again, my warranty clearly states that claims are processed through the dealer.At this point I told her she seemed determined to not stick up for me on what was clearly a defective product. She insisted there was nothing they could do. I told her she ought to want to correct it as they are still selling Best recliners, and my only option would be to put out reviews of the situation, and I didn't want to do that. She didn't have a response to that.This business has been dishonest with me about the provisions of the warranty, both under the previous ownership, and now again under new owners. Besides being dishonest, they are insulting by offering every lame excuse that comes to mind to try to avoid rectifying the situation to the customer's satisfaction. Not to be trusted.

If you're looking for a credible company to stand behind their product and the quality of their merchandise my suggestion is not to shop with Hoffman's ! This is not the furniture store for anyone that values customer service in the value of your dollars. I wouldn't recommend this location or any of their locations. I have a quality issue with a nailhead sofa and was told that they would not help me and I should have noticed it within 48 Hours of a paid delivery by their store manager. Hoffman's was unwilling to come up with any solution to correct this issue or my problem. Also I am within one year of making the purchase #Moore Oklahoma

Service was fine, found the perfect table and it was due to be delivered yesterday and nothing after spending all day at our new home waiting. No calls, no table, no delivery we don't have our item that we paid good money for, as well as delivery. We tried to call and no answer... we are not happy.
