Love love love Hidalgo's! The service is fast, friendly, and attentive. Small or large groups, you'll get the best service! The food is very tasty! I appreciate all the complimentary salsas, queso's, relishes, chips, and tortillas. I love their queso's the best! I ordered the salad and it was so so good! I would order this again and change the combinations of toppings to try different things. If you're a soda lover this is your place, the cups are LARGE- I was in Dr Pepper heaven! The decor has a fun, modern vibe w/ bright colors, neon word displays. After a certain hour, they dim the lights a bit to not be so bright when the suns going down. I like that attention to detail!

We were visiting relatives in Moore, and wanted to go out for Mexican food. We thought we'd give this location a try. I don't know how this business model works, because it seemed like every time I turned around they were bringing out more "free" items for our table.The chips don't come with just salsa, you get queso, and all sorts of other types of sauces to go with it. I wanted to order the taco meal, and they offer it on the menu with a "light" version. I recently suffered through a bout of food poisoning a few days earlier, so I was nervous about eating anything spicy, so I ordered the light version. The waiter tried to dissuade me of that option, pointing out that they only reduce the price a dollar, but they remove so many things from the option that it doesn't make sense pricewise. Even though I agreed with his logic, I didn't want to waste food, so I went with the light version anyway. The food was well cooked, delicious, and came out of the kitchen quickly. The soft drinks are enormous, so you don't really need to get refills. The restaurant is bright and colorful, and as a whole, our experience was very enjoyable. We would definitely go back!

We were coming back to the city from Norman and decided to have a late lunch here since we've been to the Edmond location. There were very few customers at the time. The only weird part was that our server disappeared after we got our food. Once we ate and were ready to pay we asked one of the other staff to help us instead. My taco salad was good though, especially with their sauce that was similar to ranch. We won't go out of our way to come back but it's a decent Tex-Mex option for the area. I do find it odd though that they're so committed to 80s soft rock music.

The best beers around!!! We have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years ( the original location in Edmond) and they never disappoint! Even though we came to the Moore location the beers and food still hit the spot. Very nice staff and customer service. I always love looking the art work around me. You'll see that there is a mix of people around, couples, large families, and people at the bar. I ordered the quesa birria and hubby ordered the pollo ranchero. Both were good and we always chow down on the set up of chips and all the dips. We love it! Don't forget to save room for the sopapilla after your dinner.

What the heck happened? This use to be a really good restaurant. Multiple orders got wrong, "twice". Zero refills on drinks. Queso sauce thick like pudding & luke warm. Beans dry and under cooked. Opened up the napkins and utensils missing. No fixings with the fajitas. If this had been my first time there I would have never come back. Check future reviews before you try Hidalgo's, serious issues need to be fixed.
