Heritage Afro Tropical Market

Tulsa has yet another new ethnic business and eatery! We in Oklahoma know Tulsa is slept on as a bustling metropolis. Should we keep the gems hidden? Anyhoo, this new grocery store has many international shelf items, fresh produce, and frozen meats and other delights. Fresh bread, no preservatives! Rare to find in the USA. But the star is the Afro Cook restaurant in the back of the store. Two women dishing up traditional West African food with a smile. Yes, this is rare. Africans don't typically do customer service. So don't expect such service at other places. It's a nice store. They are still getting their bearings, but they're already off to a good start. They're just waiting on the rest of y'all.
