One our go places when in the area. Fried green beans are delish. It has a view of big sugar creek and has a well deserved reputation as a foodie kinda place. Lunch will cost around 20 bucks so not cheap but a great place to enjoy lunch. A definite must when in the area.

Beautiful setting on the old mill pond at Havenhurst. The mill burned down in '62, but this small unimposing restaurant/tavern was built where the old mill stood. Marvelous fusion of classic French cuisine and Ozark home cooking. The fried green bean appetizer we had was unique and very good. Everyone in our party thought the chef did justice to their order. I had a rare sirloin steak and thought it very good. Most of the folks in our party got the special of the day, which was pork chops. They loved it. Service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. How interesting to see classic French preparations served with down-to-earth Ozark friendliness!

The food was good. The view of the river was beautiful. The service was OK because they were trying to rush us. My girlfriend ordered a dinner salad unfortunately she didn't get a bite of it. They asked her if they could take her plate and she hadn't touched the salad yet. They didn't offer to box it up for her to take home. They just took it away and charged us for it. I probably won't return to this restaurant.

Very good customer service. I had the Saturday night special, a chicken breast smothered in a port and fig sauce served with parmesan green beans and sweet potatoes. with the Spring rains, the waterfall added to the overall ambience.

Great service and great food. All the way from Oregon to Missouri to find some fine dinning in the middle of kind of know where .

Haven 55 has become our favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh, the service is excellent and all around great experience. Chloe, and Haley are our usual servers and they are the best!! I highly recommend this eatery. Ask for the specials they are award winning!!!

We are from Houston and have quite a number of options. Was a little scared for a date night here. I've previously had the prime rib and liked it. We had the steak and Angel Hair pasta. 1st of all the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, with the perfect sear. It honestly rivaled a Steak 48 or Pappas, but the pasta was absolutely amazing. So nice to see a clean simple dish be the star. She had the Chicken Franco. The wine reduction and mushrooms were also awesome as were the Pommes Fritas. Each to their own, but two no so stuck up foodies loved this place. The staff was absolutely nice, quick, and friendly. Date night was a win!

1st time tonight, Friday 8/16/24Fried Green beans goodSirloin Steak was ordered medium & arrived overcooked, barely any pink & no flavor... asparagus over cooked...not impressed with dinner, view was nice outside but....probably won't go back

The food was just OK. The prices were high for a low budget location. We've been to this restaurant many times over the past few years and it has lost its appeal. For the money, I'd go to a much nicer place.

We went on Thursday night for all you can eat crab legs! We started out with 3 clusters each, plus our two sides! They were delicious! They paid close attention to when we were getting low and had more ready for us as soon as we finished. I also had a side salad because all but one of their dressings are made in house and are so tasty!! They were also serving spiked eggnog which we didn't have, but heard people raving about it! Will have to try that next time! Staff is always friendly and enjoyable! The space looks so beautiful at night or day!
