We absolutely adore this place. My family (I have 2 daughters) enjoy the princess tea party. The ambience is always classy. The food provided is superb. This is a yearly tradition. I would recommend this place as a venue. Or you could come and enjoy one of their many events.

I told my husband that I wanted to go to an afternoon tea for my birthday gift this year. He found the biweekly event at Harwelden Mansion and took us this past Tuesday! The experience is so cute and was actually sold out when we went. They offer two types of teas, some sandwiches and sweets, and then Prosecco and Pimm's Cup if you opt for the Tea Royale ticket! The venue itself is beautiful and we were able to explore the upstairs and downstairs after we finished our tea. Would absolutely recommend for Mother's Day, a bachelorette activity, or a fun event to do with friends.

A BIG THANK YOU to Teresa, Lilliana and all the staff at the Historic Harwelden Mansion. Our organization's day-long board retreat at the Harwelden was a success. Our governing board spent the day working on strategic plans, all the while soaking up the unique character of the facility. The Harwelden is a warm and welcoming, one of a kind facility. The people at the Harwelden made us comfortable, and worked hand-in-hand with our caterer. Everyone was polite and responsive to our needs, making us feel at home. I attended a wedding at the Harwelden nearly 30 years ago. It was beautiful then, but the care and attention to detail taken in restoring and preserving the Harwelden Mansion is nothing short of spectacular. The Harwelden is a superb venue for a quiet retreat and overnight stay.

We were lucky enough to attend a beautiful wedding reception here in December. It was a beautiful, crisp morning and the brunch reception was perfect. The space is so beautiful, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better location. Valet parking, and then I walked into just a phenomenally beautiful, historic space. It is hard to imagine a space with more character or charm. The first floor seemed untouched by the years, pristine and historically accurate. You could start filming a period drama there immediately. The basement must have had to have been redone to add enough restrooms to accommodate larger events, but even these were incredibly well-done and beautifully appointed. Beautiful touches were everywhere, from the indoor fountains, leaded glass windows, and dazzling fixtures. It is more than just the champagne speaking when I tell you, this is a beautiful space for your most important events.

Need a space for a classy party that's unique and lined with history? This is your spot. Colin and I had the honor of attending a lovely couple's wedding reception here a couple weeks ago and I immediately felt like I walked into a song about love's music video. The landscaping all around the venue is supremely kept up and mesmerizingly beautiful with all of the big trees, sculptures, flowers, etc. That along with the architecture sure makes this spots a stunning head-turner.Inside is a perfect cross between a mansion party and museum. There are several rooms you can explore with nooks and crannies of the history of the Harweldons. There is a space for a bar, room for buffet-style meals, and an excellent room for dancing. The 'backyard' is beautifully lit and has space for table seating with cozy space heaters around. The Arts and Humanities Council meets here... and that is a large selling point for me to try to get on that council. This space is special and inspiring!

Where do I begin to describe how remarkable and elegant Harwelden is?! My wedding reception was there years ago, and recently I returned for the bed and breakfast. WOW!! Exquisite design top to bottom, a beautiful blend of contemporary and traditional. Everything is comfy too! And oh the delicious breakfast, the wonderful staff, the landscaping, and the history. You rarely find a gem like this! Thanks, Harwelden, for your outstanding hospitality and grace.

I just want to start off by saying what an impeccable weekend we had. We had the carriage suites to ourselves and essentially felt like we had the mansion to ourselves. The staff took fantastic care of us- if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Linda, Lupeta and Dwayne bent over backwards for us this weekend to give us the best stay. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location or staff. Besides the amazing rooms, staff, the food is divine. With a breakfast all to yourself (or maybe one other party), they prepare a delicious breakfast for you each morning. Biscuits, mimosas, croissants, etc. the mansion is so full of history- I loved getting to walk around and explore each room. Such a wonderful time. The rooms are exquisite. please put this on your list for Tulsa to-do's!
