Horrible experience. Rooms smelled like a wet poodle. Ceiling had water dripping from the rain storm. Beds and pillows not comfortable. Pool closed for construction I don't recommend... most Hamptons are going down hill lately.

First off I want you to know your staff has all gone above and beyond what I think a normal staff person should be doing. A nice woman I'm still trying to find her name always asking if there is anything else we need. Also went and found us a microwave. To larger trash bags to more towels we have always felt welcome. Until last night. Me and my husband decided to go out and see some sites. We ubered out and back. We arrived back at 12:30 where we realized we had lost our key. Now the front desk woman asked us like 50 questions. Are you even staying here? Did you just arrive? Do you have a key? No I don't have a key and need an additional key. Then she asked if I had I'd proof of who I was. So I proceeded to pull out my wallet. Then she didn't even look at the id. I told her my 16 year old was upstairs sleeping. She told me I needed to go upstairs And wake her then! She told me she was doing a night audit and couldn't help me.Then I went to the elevators and my husband had to get something from the car. He coming back in calls me on the phone as he had been locked outside. The front desk woman finally lets him in, and begins to question him again. Do you have a key! My husband says no and you already told my wife that you can't make one. At the elevator she continues to yell from the front desk to my husband and telling him she's going to call the cops and my husband says he's just trying to get back to our room. When he arrives at the room I'm on my way out with our other card to let my daughters service animal out to potty. So I grab the spare key, walk my dog outside. Don't see signage about needing a key to get back in. So I stand at the second set of doors on my way back and nock for her to let me in. As she rolls her eyes at me, I ask her if I can get a couple extra towels. She asks to see my room key again. She goes to get the towels and proceeds to tell me my husband was mean to her and yelling at her. And then I asked her what her name was. Deloris or Doris, but I told her great. The only reason I asked was to report her.I walked to the elevator where she proceeded to shout at me telling me she's calling the cops now. So I turned my video on to my phone and approached her as calm as I have been the whole time, and asked her basically what we did. She said we were being a Nuisance. I don't know about you but I'm a handicap individual myself and don't appreciate the way me and my husband were treated last night. We are here till Sunday and don't really feel like being bothered by this woman again. Would like something done about it!Every year bmxers flood this city in excitement to race the greatest race on earth. Grand Nationals. I also run several companies, and I would never treat someone any less then I would want to be treated.

First off I've been using Hampton Inn and suites for years. I live right down the street from this hotel so I book my parents, business partners, and multiple people in this hotel on a monthly. I usually book through Hotels.com and the reason why I do this is because they're very gracious on their policies if you need to cancel last minute due to fever or sickness. I booked this hotel for a one night stay when the electric went out in the area. But due to my daughter not feeling well and having a high fever I called to see if I can have a cancellation since I have used Hilton Hotels for my whole life. I travel a lot so I have spent a minimum of $50,000 in my lifetime with them. I thought they would give me a grace since it was a fever and they wouldn't want to have someone that was not feeling well in the hotel. Hotels.com said they could cancel free of charge but the hotel would have to let me out so I called them directly and they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do even for somebody that has worked with them multiple times. I don't leave bad reviews but this one I had to for anyone else that's local that wants to find a hotel for their family members or business partners. I really couldn't believe that they were pretty much forcing me to go there with my sick child or loose my money for cancellation. I really do hope the PR department reaches out to me. From a long time customer

Great front desk service! Place is a little dated and worn. The pool is in remodel until the fall. The room seemed clean and no encounters with safety.

Very nice place to stay with all the food and shopping that you could enjoy. My family and I thought we were going to stay here just a few nights but actually stayed for more than a week! All the hotel staff was very friendly and had no problem with us extended our stay and making new keys everyday. Nicole took very good care of us with our stay and let us know of the good areas of the city of Tulsa. The breakfast was always good whenever we could catch it because we always slept in lol!!! Would stay here again!
