We had a refrigerator delivered today that did not actually fit the opening in our built in cabinetry. We provided clear specifications of the total opening. We were told expressly by the sales manager that there were two options that would fit. We chose one of those options. See the image for what it looks like. Absolutely ridiculous and the cabinet above the refrigerator can't open. For an over 2k purchase, you would think their sales folks would ensure that they consider the hinges and doors as part of the size of the refrigerator.

They will tell you anything to sell an item I was told it was in warehouse and would be delivered on a certain date then the day before delivery, I was called and told the shipment with my refrigerator did not arrive and it would be an extra 5 days before it would be delivered. be aware that you may not get your item when they tell you it will be delivered.

We will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Hahn ever again. We spent $5300 on new appliances and the refrigerator has gone out. They do NOT have service people so we're stuck trying to find someone who can fix the refrigerator.

Tim was a good salesman, he let us decide on our own what we wanted, after explaining the difference in the washer and dryer that we were looking at. He didn't pressure or bully us, which is a good deal. And speaking of deals, we also got a good deal on a washer and dryer that was dinged up, but still came with a one year warranty. I recommend Appliance shopping at this outlet center for your Appliance needs. Did I mention that they deliver and set up? No, my bad.

Stay clear! First it took several months to get the dryer delivered after a washer/ dryer set purchased. Then they damaged to wall during delivery( though they did repair it). Then the worst part was they never connected the dryer to the "v" water hose for the steam feature, so after several months of water use, the cap wriggled loose and created a leak which ruined hardwood floors... over $13k in damage. After reaching out to them to at least get my deductible covered, was told ( 2 months later) that they were denying my claim as unfounded. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not worth the extra savings up front..

We just finished replacing all of our kitchen appliances. Hahns was very easy to work with, and the installers were fantastic! They are quick and efficient, helpful with instructions and left my kitchen clean. Thank you for a great experience!!

I have to say my first experience with Hahn was nothing less than exceptional. After a botched attempt to give Best Buy my business, my wife and I ventured out to see what Hahn was all about. We were met quickly by very nice gentleman named Earl C. who we quickly felt was there to inform and educate, not to sell. After spending about an hour going over the appliances we were interested in, we were ready to purchase. We did so, set up the delivery date, and the delivery people were there promptly on time, did an efficient installation, and cleaned up after themselves. Let's just say that I am a Hehn customer for life. Thank you for your expertise, Earl, you did an excellent job, winning a customer! I'm in customer service myself, I understand the importance of service, and you guys certainly met the mark. Congratulations!

Don't expect anyone to wait on you. We went in a couple of weeks ago and purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer. Had a so so experience with a less than interested sales person. I do recommend their delivery and service person Kenny. Very nice and did a good job installing our new appliances. Went back today in hopes of buying a new Maytag dishwasher. Could never get any of the 5 sales people to wait on us after walking around looking at dishwashers after waiting 30 minutes. They were all sitting at their desk. As we walked out I went to one of the people sitting and asked him how long we had to wait to get someone to help on us. He snapped at me and said he had been on the floor. This is a true case where the customer got in the way. We went across the street and bought what we wanted from a very nice sales person. Won't be back. We need 2 more big ticket items. Guess we won't be going to Hahn. Thanks for poor customer service.
