Food and service is A+++Customer service is spectacular, parking is plenty and located downtown

Service was awful, we had a group of 10, it was my son's birthday (14) so we had him his friends and family, some of the group had to get up and get their own refills because their drinks had been empty for so long, my youngest had spilled his water and cleaned it up himself but was left without a drink for almost 30 mins before I finally decided to get up and walk around, found out server up front chatting with other workers. If you go in a group you have to tip automatically and I understand but in this case it we were all pissed about having to tip someone who wasn't doing anything. Obviously she knew her tip was coming so she didn't care to have to earn anything more. I know it was the first time for some of our group and they won't be back.

So you see the beer taps? I believe, this is reason people in Joplin think this place is good. Uhm...Notta...it is (not). Here's why:Wing size: These are the smallest wings, I've ever seen served. 10 wings for $15....if they were great; ok, I could live with the smaller size. But...they are not anything to write home about...at all. Hot & Honey wings: for the ratio of wing sauce and honey flavoring, in this night, it was off-putting. BBQ wings: The picture doesn't capture, the absolute River bed of bbq sauce, these wings were sauce-swamped in. Again...If the sauce tasted great; no problem. But...the sauce was far less than ideal...and (nothing at all)...you would want to slurp up. Onion rings: these were actually ok....but nowhere close to real good onion rings. But if you order them, they'll (not) be a full disappointment. Long of short: Wanted to like this place, due to what I heard in the past. But unfortunately, there wasn't anything to really enjoy...

We had a group of five and the fifty wings hit just about right. The consensus is that they excel at the dry rub. I also really emblem the hot n honey. What really stood out though was the service. We really appreciate Sarah!

The appetizers are amazing and whatever flavor you want your wings to be they'll taste amazing and excellent,The lighting is great for people sensitive to light,The service is great and they bring your food out in a timely manner.

A local favorite and very popular! The owners are from Memphis and make great wings with choice of both dry and wet rubs. I'm a fab of their basic "seasoned" wings but there are plenty of other choices. The pork chop sandwich is also popular. Large area in separate dining area with TV's for sports (get there early on popular game days) with a huge selection of beer and spirits to choose from. One of our go-to places at home!

Online function was down and since there were menu differences I believe it is outdated. I called to place my order and which included chicken chunks and fried green beans. The person ( whose name I will withhold) took my order and told me when to come pick it up after confirming the order. After getting the food I find out that it is inaccurate in which the employee argues that it was me who got the order wrong and that she doesn't make mistakes. She offered for me to purchase more food which I declined. Rude. Human error exists and I believe that online ordering could of provided evidence that I placed my order in accurately. Lastly , chicken chunks were dry and flavorless. Getting specialty flavors that include hot n honey & lemon pepper would imply , to me, that they would be packed with flavor. They were not. This place was highly recommended and I found myself highly disappointed

What a great place!Some of the best wings I've ever had. The wings were crispy but tender, the sauce coated them perfectly and the ranch dipping sauce was thick... perfect The fries were thick crispy but soft on the insideThis place is kinda pricey! FYI -20 wings-large fry-small Mac and cheese -2 sodas $54 People were really friendly, service was great,food came out in a timely manner and place is clean.I had to meet a friend in Joplin to pick something up... but now I think I will make the journey down here just for wings

Great wings, rude owners. Service was slow for them not being busy but I was in no rush so I did not mind.

I was in Joplin for work. It was told about Hackett hot wings. I thought I'd give them a try. I was really disappointed. They did not live up to what I was told. I placed to go order for 10 wings... 5 Cajun Dry Rub and 5 Brandon Williams... plus fried green beans, and a small french fry. The flavor of the wings was okay but there was absolutely very little meat to them. I've had better wings from Chili's. The green beans were pretty good and french fries were solid, but nothing to rave about. The atmosphere is definitely a bar setting and one out of about eight employees was helpful. My to go order took about 20 minutes and I had to go back and ask for someone to check on it, which they then brought it out. Overall it was not a good experience, and I would not return based on this visit.
