On Sept. 21, Mike Hurd of H & H Outdoor came and gave me a quote on trimming two trees. We agreed on a price and he said he would contact me soon when the job could be done. After not hearing from him, I texted him three times the following week in regard to when the job could be done. On Sept. 28, he finally responded by simply saying "they would try to squeeze me in" but provided no date. I have not heard back since then. Since it has been almost two and a half weeks since the initial quote with no response,, I gave up and hired another contractor. If he didn't want to do the job, I just wish he would have been up front and saved us both some time, effort and frustration.- Forgotten Customer
