There is a mix of street and paid parking spots around Guthrie Green. There are a variety of events held here throughout the year. Live music, all kinds of craft vendors, food trucks, movies and so much more can be found here. First Friday is a pretty popular event where you can stroll by the different tables, listen to music and grab some food. The only downside is finding decent parking, it might be a trek.

Guthrie Green, the heartbeat of downtown Tulsa, is a vibrant hub that never fails to impress, especially on a Friday. This central meeting point hosts a myriad of events, from free concerts and ballet performances to the beloved Food Truck Roundup and First Friday art crawl.Regularly finding myself here without planning, Guthrie Green has become a go-to spot. During the holidays, the twinkling lights add a magical touch. The free performances from the Tulsa Ballet are a treat, making this venue a cultural gem. The Food Truck Roundups on Wednesdays in the spring, summer, and fall are a foodie's delight. Free Bachata classes and dance times on Sunday evenings are so fun! Yoga on the Greens happens regularly. They have movies playing here in warmer months during the evening. Definitely follow Guthrie Green on social media to stay breast of all that's happening at any given time. While the splash pad may be small, it offers great relief for the little ones during hot Oklahoma summers. Guthrie Green is not just a space; it's an experience, a dynamic canvas where the community comes alive with music, art, and the shared joy of being together.

Got to see The Pharcyde here at the Hip-Hop 918 event. It was such a great show!! I'm so glad Tulsa embraces all kinds of music and can bring groups like this to our city! It was such a neat experience!!

Guthrie Green is a cool, small park with lots of options for activities.Tip: There's a coffee shop here with lots of seating and an adjoining patioFor me, the highlight of this part is the dancing water attraction. It's a kid magnet, and a rare day when you won't see a plethora of kids running through it :-)

What a great space for FREE concerts! Even in the rain (as when Pokey LaFarge played a couple of weekends ago). The spirit of community was such that the concert organizers worked with Mr. Nice Guys to hold the acoustic concert in their small space. The show must go on!

Great outdoor concert venue and gathering place located in the heart of the Brady District in Downtown Tulsa. It's always a fun, relaxed, family-friendly environment. The Green offers free music, movies, yoga and access to delicious food and food trucks. If you have kiddos, there is an interactive fountain/water thing to cool off in. The Green also offers free, well-maintained, climate-controlled restrooms. No need to sneak inside a restaurant or bar to pee! The addition of Mr Nice Guys was great for the Green. Taco snack or mac'n cheese on the lawn?! Yes, please!

I love Guthrie Green. It's small, but beautifully designed, and a great place to eat your lunch, look at plants, or just enjoy the shade. However, watch out if you are not there with a group. As a woman, I have been mercilessly eye examined by security. One day I took of my shoes and did cartwheels, while enjoying the grass. Security came in my eye line and stared at me from 30 yards away. Many other people entered the park. Nobody else was watched. Just me. One day I went there @ 6:30 am bc I wanted to meditate on the grass. The morning workout group was there, doing their thing. Security did the same thing. Picked a spot in my eye line and stared at me until I left. I don't smoke, am white, and well dressed. Can you imagine what they must do to others?

I just moved from the coolest city to live in (yes, Houston...I miss you!). That being said, I honestly had no high expectations for Tulsa and let me tell you it is surprising me! It is definitely no Discovery Green but Guthrie Green is kind of like it's little brother. It accomplishes its goal of being a green, central gathering space for The Brady Arts District quite beautifully (I mean, check out the pics I posted). They have performing arts event throughout the week, including exercise activities, outdoor film showings, concerts, dance shows, market...you name it! It is a beautiful meeting space with fountains and a Cafe. Definitely my favorite spot in Tulsa at the moment. There is plenty of parking around it too!
