Grotto is a must visit for you and your family. We have been coming here for nearly 10 years now and have yet to have a less than stellar experience. The service here has always been fantastic. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the offerings. The food is always made correctly, fresh and absolutely delicious. I haven't once ordered something that I just gave back. My go to is always the salmon or the pork chop just because they are FULL of flavor. The place itself is so unique with its natural walls. You can walk around and enjoy the space for 30 minutes alone.Highly recommend visiting Grotto and checking it out for yourself!

I had very high hopes for Grotto and had been wanting to visit for many years. While I did enjoy the drinks and the food as a whole, the experience was ever so slightly off for us. We had to wait for longer than expected for our table to ready despite having a reservation and driving in from out of town. The back of the space with the cave was very neat, but the rest of the space didn't really match. The lights from the kitchen made what should have felt like a dark, candlelit grotto feel more like an open-concept, watch the chefs, type experience and the light really killed some of the vibe. I'd have also loved to have seen some decorations back in the cave, but maybe they're not allowed? The drinks were well done but the food was a little too salty and perhaps a bit overpriced. Our server was kind but slow so we had to snag her a few times even though our reservation was pretty late into the evening and the space was far from full. For being one of the nicer restaurants in Eureka Springs, I had expected a bit more, but take everything with a (figurative) grain of salt and may just return for a little wine night next time I'm in town.

Dinner service was exceptional, and the low-light atmosphere with its unique grotto cave design added a special charm. The staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive. The highlight of our evening was when the Chef personally visited our table after hearing that my son is studying culinary arts and is already working as an apprentice chef. His words were incredibly inspiring and truly elevated our dining experience.I ordered the beef short rib, and it was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. The fat was perfectly rendered, melting in my mouth with every bite. The smoky, beefy flavor was so rich it almost overwhelmed my tastebuds--in the best way. While I felt a touch of acidity might have balanced the richness, I couldn't imagine asking for hot sauce and compromising such a beautifully crafted dish. There's nothing I could fault about our experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu. Outstanding in every way!

This place is so nice and the service was exceptional. One of the best filet mignons I've had in my life. The quail poppers were also very tasty. Highly recommend this place for a nice evening out!

Wonderful experience, great service and Beautiful ambience. We had the quail poppers and Brussels sprouts as a starter - both were great. I had the salmon and would highly recommend. The hubs had a filet and loved it. Make a reservation and enjoy an amazing date night!

This is one of the few restaurants open on Thanksgiving. A friend of mine made a reservation and I'm so glad we had Thanksgiving dinner here. We seated at the bar and received wonderful attentive service. The food was delectable with every single bite. I typically don't visit such upscale restaurants because I'm afraid the food won't be worth the very high price. But, I was pleasantly surprised. If someone's looking for a nice night out, this is a great place for it.

This restaurant is a bit pricey but worth every penny for a fine dining dinner experience. The atmosphere is so cool with walls like a mountain of rocks, open kitchen, and steaks to die for! Treat yourself and friends here at least once when you're in Eureka springs! The slane tavern connected to it also has the full menu so stop by there for a drink or full dinner also!

After a busy day of seeing the sites around town we stopped in for our dinner reservation. The service was excellent and the wine cave/built into the side of a mountain atmosphere was really neat!I had the filet with wine soaked mushrooms and my husband had the pork chop with squash. Both were fantastic dishes and cooked excellent. We shared a wonderful creme brûlée before leaving and it was amazing.

I didn't catch our servers name but she was very friendly and great! From host stand to leaving we had a good experience! We will come back again!

We made reservations and were promptly greeted and seated as soon as we arrived. Our server, Shannon, was friendly and helpful. She took her time explaining the specials and answering any questions we had. She made us feel welcome. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and has great mood lighting. We were seated near natural stone outcrops that added to the atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent. Days later and we're still talking about the wood-fired cedar plank salmon with chipotle aioli. Next time we're in Eureka Springs we'll definitely return and save room for dessert.
