We took our car here after a couple people told us how much they liked the service . Our car didn't start, didn't run, we had no idea what was wrong with it . A " mobile mechanic" ruined our car more than its original state. So out of ideas we had it towed to Greg's and it took a little bit of time to figure out what was wrong with it, but they figured it all out. They diagnose the original problem. They fixed everything that mobile mechanic did and now my car is running better than it did before I even had a problem with it.!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with my service that I received here. Greg is also very friendly and calls you with updates on how your vehicle is doing and what they're finding he let you know a ballpark of a price range when he is done looking at stuff which I really liked. So if you have car trouble, give them a shot! If I have any further problems with any of my vehicles, I know where to go . Thank you guys!

I should have written this review a long time ago. Greg's Automotive is by far the best! 10+ years ago my car just happened to break down a few miles from his shop and we have been a loyal customer ever since! He is always fair & takes the time to explain the work to me. I appreciate how he lets me know what is urgent and what can wait (so that I can budget for it later) Juggling maintenance on 3 cars is never fun but he makes it as easy as possible for me. If you are looking for a new mechanic, I would highly recommend them!

Glad to find a reliable auto shop near our house that could help us with minor repairs on two old trucks. Air conditioning, transmission gasket and filter replaced, brake job with squishy pedal. We had to bring one truck back when the AC didn't stay cold, and they got it fixed.

Always top-quality service! I send all my friends and family to Greg's! Last week, I got a new wiper blade and it just wasn't working properly - the wiper was leaving a smear on the window. I called Greg's and they said to come right in. They not only replaced my wiper blade but they also adjusted my tire pressure and checked my oil. Quality service and reasonable prices with a great attitude. I appreciate their excellent customer service! Need a place to get your car repaired or to get tires? Needed my AC and brake lights fixed. They fixed both and were very reasonable. Customer service was excellent! Highly recommend.

My husband and I have both taken are cars here. They are the absolute best! Chris has been very personable and friendly. They are straightforward and tell you exactly what they know or are unsure of. Trustworthy and honest place of business. Thank you for always keeping us up to date on our vehicles!

I currently have my car at the shop for a serpentine belt change, they quoted me 1.3 hrs for the job, well it's been 12hrs still at the shop and they just called and said i need new tensioner because it's "Fried"and they can't put the belt in, when I litterly saw them took the belt out in 10 mins, I don't know what they got going on but that guy anthony always try to some how extract more money for labor! Better business bureau it is. I don't think a belt change takes 2 days.price went from $250 to $970!update: I took the car monday morning got the car thursday! supposedly the hydraulic tensioner fried. So i had to pay for it. Went to pick up the car after hours, guess what they left the keys inside n locked my car. Goofy employees. so i gad wait another 2 hours for the locksmith to arrive n get it open I know the story you don't Mr. Greg Bad Business

My family has been bringing our vehicles to Greg's for years. The service and pricing is always fair, and they always go above and beyond in making things right.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. I just paid them $650 to not fix the problem I had with my car. I was told to drop my car off on a Tuesday, assuming they would look at it that day. Wrong! It wasn't until Friday at noon that I heard from them. I was told my car would be done at the very end of the day Friday, but then I get a call at 4:45 that there's another part they need to replace that won't get to them until the following Tuesday. Another $180 later and I get my car back with the same sound I was hearing before and the same vibrations I was feeling before. I have taken both of my vehicles here for years but the place has gone downhill recently. I will never take another car I own back

do not go here. they will charge you for work not done and when you dispute the work they will steal your car and money. this is a horrible place and when trying to call them the owner hangs up and refuses to even speak to me. they added thousands of dollars for storage fees on top of work not performed. they say the mechanic that did the work no longer worked there when i asked to speak to him and the also could not show proof of parts replaced. they kept the money i paid $900 and told me i owed a total of $3600 on a $5000 car including storage fees. they now own my car and kept my money. i tried to speak to them but they only hang up on me and refuse to speak to me. scam do not ever go here!!!!
