Chad and the whole service team did a great job on my F-150. They communicated with me through the whole process and got me in and out in a timely manner. This place is top notch, from sales to parts and service. I definitely recommend GC Ford!

BUYER BEWAREI bought a 2020 Lincoln Aviator around four months ago and I also paid $3,500.00 for the extended warranty. When message flashed there was a problem I stopped and called the Vinita Green Country Ford on what to do. All they said about my problem was they were backed up so it would take more than two weeks to get to it. this place is a small town so it didnt make sense they couldn't help a customer who paid them $63,500.00 for car and warranty. I ended up taking it to Bill Knight Lincoln dealership in Tulsa who managed to help me and check it out by the next day. It was an air compressor for an air shock and a torn up hose. I also asked them to look at the air conditioning because it blew hot air on drivers side only. they didnt look at it but I was charged $962.19 because the extended warranty didn't cover hoses and labor. I paid more than the extended warranty paid so I can add $962.19 to the extra $3500.00. What kind of people take advantage of a recently widowed senior citizen. so BEWARE of these evil people they will chew you up and spit spit you out.

Appointment made for air conditioning repair for 1:00 pm. Got to the dealership at 11:00 am, Told the service girl that would be gone for the weekend and expected a call for estimate. She assured us that we would receive a call. No call Friday, No call Monday. Monday afternoon called and she said had been very busy and the mechanic would call before closing on Monday. Tuesday no call, when we called same girl said, we have had two travelers come in that needed repairs and had a customer bring in " A Hot Mess," The RV would be repaired in AM. Wednesday, no call, when we called response was, he has you scheduled for afternoon. Called again and RV was "repaired". On arrival bill was paid, when RV was started it screeched and banged and smoke boiled out of the hood. Then a belt fell out of the RV. When mechanic was asked, he said the belt is too big but if you rev it up it sounds good. Really???? So we had to find a auto parts store and return to the dealership with belts in tow. They did not fit. So they got on the phone and 45 minutes later the proper belt was delivered and put on. Charged us another $45 to put on belt. The 2 we had bought were $30 for both.I ask anyone to explain how this is good customer service and how they considered the RV repaired? While there we were told that the hot mess was a truck that they had sold 6 months prior and they were waiting for a new motor to be shipped for it. Also a car was in the shop that had been there for 5 months and was still not repaired. How do 2 travelers get priority over a scheduled appointment. And when we complained the service girl said "Well, you said you were not in a hurry." What she was told was we expected a call before Monday. Do not waste your time or money at this dealership. I will drive 2 hours one way to get to a company that has mechanics that have some knowledge and service people who know what good service is!!!!
