Green Acres Garden Center & Florist

I ordered flowers to be sent to my Aunts funeral service. The flowers were not delivered. I called to ask why and was told because they were behind. Since they were payed for I had them then sent to her friends house. Again they were not delivered. I called again and was given an apology and told they would be delivered right away. When the flowers were delivered the were not what I ordered. I ordered a sympathy bouquet. What was delivered was a much less expensive spring bouquet. I phoned again and spoke to the owner. She was very defensive and unapologetic and rude! She was very unprofessional. She told me I would not be charged and hung up on me! I was charged! I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them at all!
