I use this company because they deliver the sign panels to me. I am very disappointed!I have ordered a sign comp sign from them. and it took 9 months to get it wrong , over and over... after 8 months of dealing with Mr Carpenter (their expert in sign comp) I just contacted sign com directly and ordered the double sided backlit with vandal doors. I found it to be very simple and strait forward with sign comp.Once that was done I ordered the remainder of the parts from GSG.GSG could not supply the other parts of the sign correctly! The 3 of the 4 panels were damaged and had to be returned.I ordered pronto track (top , bottom, and middle) Top and middle arrived and something I have never seen came as the bottom rail. I returned it and the same odd bottom rail was delivered again.I showed the driver the difference and he went back to GSG and nothing came...Two weeks later I called and they said that it was not available leaving me to find it elsewhere to complete the job.Today I opened a SEALED box of Oracal 3165RA the roll had many little pieces of metal and other black stuff embedded in the roll. After taking picture and videos of the roll, as I rolled it out and documented the debris. I called GSG. after unrolling over 20 feet of the roll. the was debris everywhere.I tried to provide the lot number to the sales guy and he said I would have to talk with Management.Manager called and mater of factly told me I waited too long and they would not do anything for me. So now I have a $311.00 roll of garbageThey said since I bought it 7 months ago they would not warranty.or reimburse me in any way. This roll was purchased 7 months ago and it was stored in the OEM box. This material is for a specific client that wraps dumpsters all over Florida and Oklahoma. So I don't use it except for his orders. hence the storage time. The storage time should not matter! It was stored correctly. and the method of storing it could not have caused the problem with the roll.Avoid them.
