Household/bric-a-brac items.

There are better Goodwill locations but this one is clean. It's mostly clothing. It has a little bit of other things like shoes, DVDS, bedding but clothes make up the majority of the store. The household items and bric-a-brac was minimal and most of it needed to be thrown in recycling bin. Lots of it was junky. The cashier was friendly when we checked out. Parking lot in front of the store.

Great selection of items at fair prices. Lots of small houseware items at this location but not a lot of furniture. They have cases at the register station with fine jewelry and designer purses that change pretty often. This location is close to my house so this is my go-to donation spot. The donation staff is very friendly and prompt to come out when you pull up. A good tip: this location is part of the 'Dell Reconnect' program! They recycle used computer equipment no matter what brand it is, whether it's working or not. Dell takes these items and refurbishes them if they can be used again, and Goodwill uses the refurbished computers for job training. Pretty cool if you ask me! This program cuts down on junkyard waste and gives an easy option for computer recycling. Overall this store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. Small store, but one of the better ones!

Employees are always helpful and kind and the store is clean and well organized. The only bad thing about shopping here and most thrift stores is the customers. Keep up the great work, ladies!

I had a terrible experience today at the Goodwill in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The store located on 51st street. I found a pair of Miss Me shorts for my daughter and went to the counter to purchase them. The children's clothes are $2.49 at this location. The cashier rung them up. All of a sudden a manager tells the cashier they aren't $2.49 because they are the Miss Me brand. I told the manager that I found them in the children's section and reminded her that children's clothes are $2.49. She then told me they were $15.00. I showed her the shorts and pointed out to her that they didn't have a price tag on them. After going back and forth about the price, she REFUSED to sell them to me for the displayed rack price of $2.49. I couldn't believe it! I've been a loyal Goodwill shopper for many years and have always donated to them. I will NEVER shop at another one of their stores and will now take all of my donations to the H.O.W. Foundation.
