Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital

I've used this hospital for 5 years and while I've historically been pleased, I feel like they have gone through significant turnover in the past year or so, of their front desk staff. Recently saw Dr Webb for my dog. First experience with her and she followed all my recommendations for testing. My dog ended up going to ER the next day and had to be admitted. No one from Good shepherd followed up with me the following week, even though the ER had sent them the hospitalization summary. On Tuesday, I called to tell the front desk my dog had not eaten anything g since at least Sunday,Requesting a vet call me to discuss options. She acted like I had asked her how to fly a plane--totally lost. I called again and spoke with someone at the front desk. This is now 4 days since my dog has not eaten and asked for a vet to call. This is now Thursday and not call from anyone! Very, very disappointing.

My dogs and I are so appreciative of the care GSVH provides. If you are looking for a clean veterinary office with the absolute best staff, take your pets to Good Shepherd.

Recently took my dog to good shepherd. Great vet tech that cared & went the extra mile. The vet was also very nice, patient, and seems to truly care about my dogs health & wellness.

My cat Loki had diarrhea for over a week, the vet's treatment that was recommended was basic and made perfect sense. Was never asked to have invasive and expensive tests that were not needed at this time. All the staff that I interacted with was friendly and professional. My cat's condition improved with the treatment Dr. Smith suggested. My cat and I thank you so much for providing honest affordable care.

Reception staff was very rude and snippy. Unfriendly, condescending attitude. When I arrived, a bunch of staff seemed to just be hanging around 'chillin.' Was unclear who was actually working. The vet was nice. The few minutes with the vet was the only remotely OK part of the visit. The reason for the appointment wasn't even conveyed clearly from the Receptionist who took my call. She was one of the most absolutely worthless, stupid, customer service workers I've encountered in my entire life. Services way over typical market value/ cost for Oklahoma. Especially for the SHITTY SERVICE. I'd pay mote for better treatment. Never again.

My English Bulldog Jeaux "Joe" is a patient of Dr. Martin, at the Broken Arrow location. We won't go anywhere else. My boy loves Dr. Martin and shows his love in covering her black scrubs with all of his white hair. All I have to say, is let's go see Dr. Martin and Jeaux is at the door. She is very knowledgeable in the Bulldog breed and her compassion is unmatched.

Good Shepherd is a good vet they take good care of my pets I appreciate the services they are a wonderful vet

Good Shepard Animal Hospital Broken Arrow: My opinionBoots my cat: Ear bleeding took her in they stopped bleeding: $269.00Bleeding came back took her in: $200.00Did blood work: Thyroid problem found $300.00 with MedsWas told everything looked fine bring back in 15 daysBrought Boots back after 15 days: Told vet Boots wasn't eating much and she was breathing hard: Ignored the symptoms:Told me everything looked fine, listened to heart and gave me another round of Meds and completely ignored Boots wasn't eating and breathing hard$110.00Two days. later: Called and told vet Boots still not eating and breathing hard and was there just two days before and Boots was getting worse and had told the Vet this and it was ignored: Bring her in.Brought her in but refused for the same vet that ignored the symptoms first time to see her again:Different vet listened to her and said concerned. FINALLY did x-rays and more blood work: was told $350.00Found tumors and liquid in lungs: No hope but was given meds to help her eat :Not $350.00 but now $450.00Took her someplace else and had her put down.Good Shepard or money grubbers? You decide.
