*this is for the Tulsa Premium Outlets location* Don't use ApplePay to pay if you want to return. They'll try to tell you that's not the same card and they won't refund it. The girl at the front had to call the GM, Alison, like 3 or 4 times to process my return. I explained ApplePay shows a different last 4 for security. She said she's never heard of that. Well I googled it right in front of her and sure enough found in my settings where it shows my card number and the ApplePay number it shows on your receipts. The 2 women working were SO FREAKING rude, especially Rosa, the one wearing white frosted eyeshadow like it's the early 90s. Have fun making $12/hr.

My son had some allowance money he was eager to spend so we thought we would check out this store. I first noticed the toys were priced quite high compared to other retailers. While shopping , my son was yelled at from an employee because he was too close to the exit with a toy in his hand (he was not stealing) but I'm sure that happens a lot so I didn't say anything. It scared him though. I was at the other side of the store and I heard it. I felt like we were being watched by both employees at every turn so I was anxious to leave. He finally decided on a remote control tarantula for $45! I let him get it though and the employee did tell me how I could get $5 off (sign up for texts). When we got it home it worked for a few minutes then wouldn't go forward. So we packed it back in the box to return it. Went today to return and, even though we have the receipt, they would not give us our money back. Their policy, as I was told, is that they can only exchange the item or do store credit if it has been opened. We didn't want to exchange the item for the same thing since I was thinking we would run into the same issue, so we bought some other overpriced stuff. I will never shop here again. I never thought I'd miss the Disney store but that was much better than this place.
