Has what I needed but it was kinda pricey. Even the replacement element was $70 at most places was $100 here. But they had it and were very nice to deal with. Over all a good shop.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I have been shopping here for a few years now. We buy our pens and other products from them. Last night we wanted to spend the points we have and to buy a glass piece for around $300-$500. We came in for a certain piece due to the reviews&the features with it. We were talked into a different piece with all of these "special features" when in reality it had none of that. No Bluetooth with it, the app hasn't worked for OVER A YEAR, left out the charger (after being asked 3 times if it was in the box). When we came back the next morning to solve these issues we were met with a unknowing and unwavering manager that lied to our faces. Extremely frustrating, especially as another small business owner to be lied to, then not taking ownership for their employees actions, and blaming other companies/vendors for the products. This is unprofessional as well as poor business practice. You openly admitted that the employee had given us incorrect information, but then wouldn't fix the problem. Then verbally bashed the piece we were going to buy. This left us with a product that we unhappy with and no replacement. Originally, we bought an extra piece of glass (still in the box- still with the plastic wrap on it) and was then informed we couldn't return it due to it being illegal in this state. After everything: lie after lie, lack of care from the manager, the unwillingness to help, and the blame being placed on others. This will not happen to anyone else if I can help it. Be careful on where you spend your money.

I just came in the other day and bought a Dr dabber switch and was given the incorrect cap for it to the extent where I spent $500 on something that will not hit correctly or at all for that matter so best believe I will be going back in and if nothing is done this entire place will be sued and reviewed on Reddit and not in a nice way because that is absolutely ridiculous how do you sell someone a product but then give them the incorrect products like it is not hard to give someone the box like how it comes without things taken out of it and switched for other things

Wouldn't even give this store a one star if I didn't have to write this review! First of all, the manager was not professional at all. He could not provide any proof of authenticity for a very expensive piece of glass, and when asked he said he was "highly offended". As a manager/owner of a glass piece shop you should always have some kind of proof your pieces are authentic. It is 2020 where anything can be replicated. He then started to raise his voice and stated that he is not required to show proof of authenticity, which I know is correct, but when asked it should not be a problem to accommodate your customer who is anticipating on spending quite a bit of money. He then proceeds to argue the fact that he has not been asked to see a letter or invoice of authenticity in years, and while that may be true, you should always be prepared for a curve ball. The manager proceeds to send an email and apologize for the altercation and admits he did not handle the situation well. When we got home and inspected the piece under good light, we noticed it had a hairline crack. When we brought this to the store managers attention he refused to believe it was like that before we left the store. There was no way It could have happened after we left. Needless to say he did not offer any kind of reimbursement for the piece and said they "inspected" it before we left. I suggest buying glass from other placehere in Tulsa, the manager just ruins the reputation of this shop completely. Made it a very uncomfortable experience all together.
