When I need body work done on my Saturn (or any other car I own), this is the only shop I will use. David, the service advisor, assigned to me went above and beyond to see that my suv was repaired with quality parts at the lowest price possible. He helped me work with the insurance companies involved to ensure that I got the outcome I wanted. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. It looks beautiful, and I couldn't have had a better experience with David and the people in the shop who did the repairs.

One of the worse experiences with any auto repair I've ever had. 8k in repairs and I get my 2016 Jeep back with poor quality repair. The paint job is horrible and there are white bumps through every part of the driver side they had to repair and repaint. The passenger door the replaced is slanted and has a gap at the top where water leaks in. There are pieces that aren't even fully attached to the vehicle. When I took it back, they told me it would be a week to a week and a half for them to get it back in to fix. Then they inform me the there is an engine issue that needs to be addressed. There wasnt and engine issue before I brought it to this body shop. I am 100% dissatisfied and disappointed by Collision Works and will never take my car back nor recommend them to anyone.
