I had fairly minor repairs done through insurance and while it took me making several calls to setup an initial appointment the rest was smooth and on time.

I am unhappy to hear of my grandson's experience. I am concerned with the business' ability to acquire needed parts for repair, the lack of a reliable timeline, poor communication, & the incomplete repairs which was discovered when a front wheel alignment could not be done because of a steering arm needing to be replaced. This has been five weeks give or take of waiting for my grandson's Kia to be repaired from an unfortunate accident that was not his fault. I feel this business needs to take stock of how customers are impacted by delays as a direct result of doing business with Gerber.

Very rude and seems to not care. Just excuses after excuses and hopefully this hopefully that. Stopped updating after two weeks and won't answer the phone. I would look for a different place to fix your car because this place is barely operational.

My daughter had a small fender and front bumper ding. She took it by to get an estimate which was a little over $1400. She is a poor college student so I agreed to pay for the repair out of pocket so her insurance would not go up. I took the estimate back by the shop to schedule the repair and make sure they felt comfortable with the agreed price. Another estimator, Jerry, looked the estimate and the car all over again and said he felt confident that they could repair based on the estimate. During our visit he told me they had changed owners to Gerber. We then schedule the repair which was almost a month out. So we dropped the car off on the day they was supposed to start the repair. We then get a call to say that before they start the repair they need to talk about the estimate. I go by the shop and one of the clerks proceeds to tell me that the estimate has now gone up another $2500 to $3314.77. I felt like it was a classic bait and switch tactic. I was informed the manager is BJ Foster and I asked young lady visiting with me who said she "was just a messenger" to relay a message that their patrons time and effort and most of all trust is just as important. Our family and friends have used Gerber Body shops over the years but unfortunately we can no longer trust this company.Follow up next day 5/18/22- I ask for my keys and she tells me she does not have them and to come back tomorrow. Next day I go to the shop and ask for the car and they still can't find the keys. I wait for almost 30 minutes and I see no one is looking. They finally tell me that they'll try to find them and call me.

Unfortunately a deer hit us on the way to Tulsa and damaged the front end of our car. Although the insurance company ended up totaling it, the people at collision works were truly awesome! In fact, Ashley at the front desk was very helpful during the entire process. No matter what, this is the place you want to take you car to get repaired if your ever in a collision. Everyone there is super nice.

Not the best experience, had some issues with communication. Just needing a fog light replaced. Was told they would call that day to give me an estimate for how long it would take to get the part, never received a call. I called them the next day and they said by the end of the week. They then called me and said "tomorrow afternoon." Never received a call back to schedule. I followed up the following week and they said still not in. Kept following up and come to find out the part somehow did not get ordered. They said they would order the part again, okay cool....one week later STILL hadn't heard anything. I called to follow up and got "oh yeah, the part is here, when would you like to come in?" Very frustrating to say the least. Finally got it taken care of almost three weeks later......a silly little fog light. Took maybe 15 minutes, in and out repair.

I just had our car repaired by Gerber Collision & Glass in Broken Arrow 1505 E. Kenosha. Estimator Matt was professional and friendly. He had good eye contact and gave accurate and detailed information. The work was quick and beyond my expectations. They fixed our broken trunk lock on on our 2017 Sonata. They also charged a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. The customer service from Matt and the front desk representative, Devine was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong with Gerber Collision and Glass in Broken Arrow. Facilities are clean and a great location, easy to find. Lastly, i was in customer service for 43 yrs before retirement. If i was their customer service director, i would give Matt, Devine & the technician a superior rating. Forgive the lengthy review, but details make a difference. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays

We've taken 2 different vehicles to Gerber, my husbands pickup and my Mustang was towed there after a kid pulled out in front of me. They did a great job on the pickup. I would've given 5 had they not left the window down on the Mustang and let the rain fill the back passenger floorboard fill with water that had turned into slime. The car was totaled, but that's besides the point. It was still gross. I wouldn't have noticed it but had to get in thru the trunk to get my stuff out of the trunk before I gave it to the insurance company.

I enjoy how Brenda keeps saying that Brian has been in contact with me, I only know the person that called me today by the name Brian. I am the owner of the car Jacob L and Victoria B has commented about. Jacob and I dropped the car off on May 15th. On May 16th a text saying the repairs will be done June 6th. May 17th "repairs is underway! look forward to seeing you in about 22 days" May 22 repair on your Kia is underway! on track for June 8th. May 25th "We are waiting on a couple of parts to arrive and are expected oin (not my typo) 05/25 and 06/06". May 29th "we are over the halfway mark! Your Kia is still on target for 06/08" May 30th "on track for 06/08". June 5th We are nearing completion, if we encounter any delays, you'll call you". June 7th "We updated your estimated completion date from 06/08/2023 to 06/23/2023. That was the last update I got via text message. I then drove over to Gerber, where I was told by Matthew that there was a "computer issues, and parts were not ordered". My husband also called from out of state, and was told by Matthew "we ordered parts through Ferguson Kia, and they didn't not ordered the parts". We were then told 06/12/23 that the parts had arrived at Ferguson Kia, but no one had gone to pick them up. But we'd get an update later the week. Later the week of the 12th we were told, "got the parts, car is going to be painted on the 15th". On June 19th I was told, by Matthew "that the car is being painted. Earliest it'll be ready is Thursday, but for sure Friday" I that that was kinda odd, cause he had said it was being painted the week before that. June 21st "the car was pained late at about 4:30pm" At this point in time, my husband and I had called many times, and no one was about to speak with us, for an update. By Friday the June 23, no one was answering mine or my husband phone calls. But funny, they answered the phone right away when I called from my son's phone. My son has a 918 number, my husband and I do not. I ended up screaming, how much utter crap this is. They had zero intention on giving me an update about the car. Matthew told me "the had been painted, and was waiting to be reassembled, **BUT the technician had a bigger project he was working on**. At the point I screamed and asked for manager to call me back, within the hour. Nope. Hours went by, and I called my insurance guy to call, and see if he could get some real information. Insurance guy called me, and was told that my car is put back together and will be ready Monday (06/26/23). I laughed at this point, and said "bs, I've heard it to many times". So I drove over to Gerber and asked to see my car. Brain, I think, he didn't tell me his named, but asked for mine, and when I said "Mrs. Long" his replay was "isn't it Miranda or whatever". I saw my car, still had mud and dirt on it from the car accident. Not really sure if the paint was blended, or if I'm just going to have REALLY fresh black paint in the spots that had to be repaired. I asked a question while looking at the car, I couldn't remember what rim had been damaged. At that point the guy talking to me threw his hands in the air, and said "I don't know what rim it was, but it was fixed." At that point, I asked "When am I going to be done with this hostage situation, and get my car back?" He said Monday, and I repeated "when" -Monday "when" When a not nice tone of voice "Monday at 5pm". Welp! its Monday, and I got a call saying the car went to have an an alignment done, BUT it couldn't be done, because the front passenger control arm was messed up." They ordered the part "through Ferguson Kia, and it'll take 2 days, but I'm calling around everywhere to find one." You can scroll back up, and see when I said my husband called Gerber on June 7th... My husband asked Matthew then to make sure an alignment was done on the car. Because the car went across 3 lanes of the road, and jumped up on a curb. I drove over to Tate Boys, where the car was today. And asked the guys in there what is up with the car. Wanted to make sure I was being told the real information. They gave me the information I wanted. I was going to write a review after I got the car back. But alas, I am still in this hostage situation with no end in sight.
