NWA has a NEW FANTASTIC restaurant with Gaskins on Emma. The food is AMAZING thanks to their incredible head chef. I had the Chicken which was incredible. The atmosphere pairs perfectly with the top notch food experience but remains warm and cozy like a dinner with your best friends. Get there early so you can also enjoy the very nice well stocked bar. Kudos to the owners Bert and Lisa for bringing this great restaurant experience to the area.

Finally got the chance to go try this place out. I was so excited when I heard they were opening a place in Springdale. I've been a fan of Gaskins Cabin in Eureka Springs for many years. I was able to make a reservation right from Google which was super easy. You can also make one from their website. First I want to start with the décor. It is quite different from the Cabin. While the Cabin is much more rustic and quiet, the Emma location has a more upscale modern vibe, making it significantly louder. There were several times that we just stopped talking because we could barely hear each other. That was the only real downside to the evening. We arrived about 5 minutes early and were seated right away. Our server, Heather, was great. Very friendly and quickly took our drink order. My wife had the Lemon Drop which she said was really tasty, and I was happy to find my go-to Knob Creek on their shelf. They have a very nice selection of whiskeys. I was very pleased to find that my favorite from the cabin was available, the burgundy mushroom soup. I have tried to recreate it at home a few times and sadly, I just can't quite get it. We also started with a side salad and their bread service. My wife ordered the Arkansas Shrimp & Grits and said that it was very good. She expected a little more kick but overall the flavor was good. I ordered the 14oz Prime Rib medium rare with a loaded baked potato. It was a little closer to medium than medium rare but the flavor was excellent. It came with a delicious au jus and a horseradish cream sauce that tasted very fresh. I honestly didn't even taste my baked potato because I was so full. I am looking forward to finishing off the last of my prime rib and baked potato for lunch. We will definitely be going back. I can't wait to see if their ribeye is as good as the cabins.

A group of six of us had dinner at Gaskins, recently. We were seated right away so we did not go to the bar. We sat near the door. It was a cold night and we were hit with a cold breeze every time the door opened. We ordered specialty drinks which were fantastic. I ordered the prime rib with a potato and the mushroom soup. The soup was fantastic! The baked potato was delicious. But the prime rib was not hot enough and lacked flavor even with the au jus. My wife had a flank steak dish. It was not hot enough either. Others had the rib eye and pasta dish. Overall sentiment was "it was okay!" The acoustics are terrible. When the restaurant filled up it was hard to hear the person across the table from me. We'll try it again because we want to support restaurants on Emma.

So excited to see elevated dining in downtown Springdale! The lounge area is quite small, not suited for large parties. Reservations is a must because they have limited seating, especially if you have a party larger than 4 people. My fiancé and I enjoyed our meal. The oysters tasted fresh and salty. The fried calamari was delicious. I've been craving bone marrow and I was surprised to see it on the menu! I tried their signature prime rib. It was 14oz and plenty big that I could have shared it. Prime rib was so tender! The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Their famous mushroom soup is a must! Skip the salad because it just tasted like regular salad. We also loved the cocktail selection and presentation. If you're looking for a fancy-ish date night, girls night, or looking to entertain- this is the place! Shoutout to our server, Andy! He was pleasant!

I love it when the Owners of a restaurant visits the table to ensure that you are enjoying the food. Last night was delightful! We had cocktails in the bar before being seated in the restaurant. We ordered the salmon entree and my friend was thrilled. He said the outside was crusty and the inside was perfect. We had the chicken croquettes and I loved them. A perfect appetizer. Another friend had a hand shaped hamburger that was just under two inches thick and perfectly cooked. We had heard the mushroom soup because we were told it was famous and it did not disappoint!The Desserts were off the chart fabulous! I am not a huge fan of chocolate but the chocolate bread pudding was AMAZING! It was like eating air! More of a soufflé texture. Then we had the Toffee/Caramel Cheesecake, it was so so so good!!We will definitely go back!!!Make sure to meet the Owners.

Lovely lunch, indeed! The restaurant offers a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Ordered an Aperol Spritz, which was a sweet sparking sip! My lunch entree was the Steak Frites. The hangar steak was luscious, juicy and fork tender. It was seasoned so nicely. The frites were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and perfectly salted. There was also a nice little salad on the plate. It was so delightful. The server, Heather was very polished and sweet. She included a little handwritten thank you card with the check. I look forward to another visit!

What a gem of a restaurant tucked away downtown. Had the rib-eye, which was amazing. Even better was the peanut butter cheesecake. They could sell that stuff online and retire to a tropical island. Will definitely make a point of visiting again.

Had our Anniversary dinner here and it was nothing short of amazing! Josh your service was spectacular and the food, holy cow. My apologies for not taking more pictures. Started with the Roasted Marrow. Phenomenal. The Mushroom Soup fantastic. Christiane had the Walleye, said it was delicious and I the Filet. You could cut it with a fork it was so tender and smooth. Finished with the Chocolate Bread Pudding. So nice to have such an establishment in Downtown Springdale! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Came for lunch on Valentine's Day. Our server was Troy who delivered excellent service in friendly approachable way. Mushroom Soup is outstanding and the spicy burger very good and flavorful. Fries crispy and hot. All-in-all a great experience. Will come again.
