Galleria Furniture of Guthrie

Every month my mom and i like to explore nearby towns of the okc metro. One day we decided to visit Shawnee. I am on the hunt for my son a new bed so as we drove past I was so tempted and wanted to stop in.We arrived right when they opened so there wasn't any other customers and I figured we would have some major shopper stalkers. We were greeted and offered help yet weren't followed around.When you walk in i noticed they had some appliances like refrigerators, washers and dryer's, and even ovens. Definitely wasn't expecting that but they were discounted and brand new! If you are in the market for a sectional or sofa this place has SO many options. Great classic options too for again great discounted prices.They have everything from area rugs, end tables, dining tables, recliners etc. they even had a discount bargain area in the back that had even more assortment of items for great prices! Definitely impressed and think it's a great additional for a smaller town.

Chloe, is the only reason why I'm giving this establishment ANY stars to begin with. The customer service that I received from her while purchasing several items to decorate my home was excellent. The older white man was extremely aggressive towards his employee and was constantly shouting at this woman from across the room, or micromanaging her every move ( to the point of not even allowing her to grab our carpet off the rack as he deemed her unable to, clearly a sexist old man) the hometown humble I was hoping to find at this store was strong with Chloe, hopefully the other employees follow her suit instead of this aggressive older mans.

This place is a freaking joke !!! Most of their furniture is cheap as hell but expensive as hell also !!! I'm a remodel contractor so I know well built and there furniture is crap !!! And that commercial with the owner that sounds like he's been up all night doing coke is nothing but straight up lies !!! I really don't see how they stay in business especially here in Guthrie because I never see anyone there !!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you just got money to throw away !!!

This review of 5 stars only applies to Taylor Hayes. If you want a good honest salesperson who focuses on just you and your needs and no one else in the store or who is calling him on his phone HE is your man. From now on I only buy when he is there.
