I purchased my car exactly 4 months ago, Christian was extremely helpful and patient as he primarily worked with my daddy and husband (I just signed the paperwork.) This was my first experience buying a car so I really didn't know what to expect, I just wanted the process to be quick. Christian was extremely detailed and provided a lot of great insight. He did enlist the help of Shawn (the floor manager,) as much daddy had specific requests. We later worked with Derrick in finanace whom provided a lot of packages that each customer has the ability to customize. After a few hours I was leaving the dealership with my suv, and went out to dinner with my family. My first service appointment was just as pleasant, as I called earlier today Christopher scheduled me a service appointment after ensuring the right parts were in stock. Christopher provides continuous updates before, during, and after the service was complete. He even went a step further by personally delivering a key that was left at the dealership; I greatly appreciate his high level of customer service. If you live in the area I highly recommend this dealership as you won't leave feeling like you were haggled or strung along.

Bought my 2023 Corolla Toyota last year at Fowler Toyota of Norman but have been using Fowler Toyota of Tulsa for my maintenance checks. So far, they have been great and everything has been good. The process at Fowler Toyota is really easy. The wait time has been about 30 minutes with each check, not bad. I will continue to use them for future maintenance checks for now.

Underneath my Toyota care I used Fowler for 3 of my services. They had horrible service times and one of the times I was not notified that my car was finished. I have a colleague who also had his car damaged for using their service. Love Toyota but Fowler does a poor job of representing the brand.

I took my car in for a recall issue. I was happy to learn that they had a free shuttle to take me back to my house so that I didn't have to sit inside around a bunch of people for a while. I stayed outside to wait for the shuttle and when I got in the van with the guy he wasn't wearing a mask. I said where's your mask and he said oh I didn't have a chance to grab it. I said I'll wait while you go back inside to go get it. He seemed annoyed at that but I didn't care. It was pretty unacceptable that he was going to be in a closed car with me and not wear a mask. He came back with it and I made sure I stayed in the back seat. When he picked me up he had it on. But I was pretty appalled that he told me he didn't have time to grab his mask. You've got to be kidding. I will be holding off on any car maintenance until after the pandemic if at all possible.

Most of the people in the sales department are crooks. They try to keep you at the dealership as long as possible to wear you down. The use tricks in the pricing to make you think you are getting a good deal. If you don't really need a car, then don't ever go here.

Started my new car search in the most dismal way I could imagine today. If you want your "pretty woman" moment (you know the one where she walks into the boutique and the staff basically refuse to sell her anything) then fowler is definitely the place to go. I walked in asking to see something the size of a Land Cruiser and stating that I would be paying cash in about 6 months. The staff would only show me a Highlander. The staff tried to talk me out of anything with a nicer than basic package. They continuously lowballed me on models and style packages. At one point they recommended I look for a 2019 Tahoe. They never once asked me what I do for work or tried to get an idea of what my budget might be.

The Fowler Toyota group in both Norman and Tulsa, are the epitome of greed. They are a prime example of the dealerships that create this type of distrust and disconnect between dealership and customer. I originally contacted Fowler Toyota on September 20th, inquiring about a launch edition Supra they had in stock. This was when I found out they wanted $20,000 over msrp. Now I know when the Supra's first released, dealerships were asking $20k over msrp. But these dealerships were east coast dealerships, and they were asking this much because the deliveries to the west coast were delayed. Because of this, a lot of the west coast customers were trying to buy in other areas, temporarily increasing the demand. Plus of course, there was a hype factor at that time. But even then, the average at that time (July and August), was around $10k over msrp.In late September, after a lot of the hype had faded, Fowler received their launch edition Supra. This is when I contacted them and discovered their blinded greed of $20k over msrp. I of course laughed at them and told them good luck with that. The car sits for months and months. Of course, no one is stupid enough to pay that amount, and they probably had a lot of potential customers laughing at them. Eventually Fowler transfers the car to their Tulsa location, in hopes of finding someone stupid there. Now they have had this car for at least 7 months. No one has bought it and at $20k over msrp, no one will. I contacted them again since there is plenty of Supra inventory (including launch editions) and the new 2021's (with substantial updates), are hitting the lots soon. I figured maybe they have come to their senses. Nope, they are now asking around $30,000 over msrp. They are trying to sell the car (that has a msrp of $56,245), for $98,000!!This dealership must not think their customers have any intelligence. It took me 10 mins to get online and contact 3 dealerships that are TRYING to sell their launch editions for almost $5k UNDER msrp. And I am not referring to dealerships thousands of miles away. These are dealerships within 500 miles from them. Dealerships within a 500 miles radius, are trying to sell the same car for $45,000 less. And even at $45,000 less, the car is obviously not selling and still sitting on the lot. I expected more from Fowler. They have let their greed blind them from their competition, and has caused a detachment in their reality. Their greed was so great, that they missed their chance to sell the car back when it was in demand. But instead of realizing their reality, they became further detached and tried to sell the car for even more. They simply flew to close to the sun this time.To try and make $45,000 off someone is either extremely greedy or you are playing your customers for a fool. Your managers seriously need to be terminated and your owners should take a step back and look at where they are now. What are you trying to do here? This is not normal or healthy behavior for a legitimate car dealership.
