Quinton and the team took the best care of my wife's vehicle. They were fair, honest, and quick - they only repaired things needing attention and not over the top suggestions of this or that. I will definitely come back for work in the future as needed.

This used to be the goto hona repair in tulsa. The previous owners were conscientious, honest and stood behind their work. I had been a customer for over 20 years. After the previous owner sold to the new owner, everything changed. Prices went up. Dependability went down. The dogs are gone, and they will gladly sell you a new part, even if it doesn't fix the problem. Now that they are not exclusively honda. I expect the quality to tank.Of course, they are going to market the long history of the previous owners to their credit. Sort of like taking personal credit for your dad's military service record.Good luck if you do business with them.BTW: yelp is dazed and confused. Idont live in texas

Yet another outstanding experience at 4 Star Imports! Just a routine oil change this time but the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They've kept my same Honda running well for 19 years now! Looking forward to several more.

If I could give the new owners a MINUS ten, I would. The previous owners, Earl and Cheryl, were wonderful people and owners. I always knew they were honest and capable. In the twenty years I have owned Hondas, I have NEVER questioned their assessment of the Honda's needs or the cost involved. The new owner says the car needs a valve adjustment as part of a routine maintenance. The cost just for this: $295.00. It is my understanding Honda states the valves should not be adjusted unless the car is running rough which it is not. I am going elsewhere.

Took a 2007 Accord that I rebuilt the transmission, could not get it to shift to overdrive. It may have needed to have drive flashed, but took to Four Star to check it out, paid diagnostic fee. They had it for two hours and then told me the transmission fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. Thus, they never looked at it as fluid was the new, expensive fluid from Honda. Also, as I am driving home it dies as they had left a few sensors unhooked.I would not recommend this place for any work.
