My delivery date was changed without asking for my approval. It's so annoying to pay $100+ on delivery for a special occasion, only to have the delivery occur a day before the occasion and ruin the surprise. Flower Girls offered no resolve when I called and emailed. Overall a disappointing experience and I'll make sure to never use Flower Girls again. If a fast food delivery can be scheduled down to the hour and make it on the scheduled time and date, why can't expensive flowers?

Ordered $100 worth of flowers and chocolates for my wife for Mother's Day. Order was suppose to come with a box of Whitmans chocolates and a floral arrangement in a glass bowl. The order was delivered with crappy replacement flowers, was missing the large white blossoms shown in the picture leaving lots of space in the arrangement and unevenness so the flowers didn't look good at all. I even paid extra for the "deluxe" flowers that supposedly gets you the better flowers and blossoms and still got the tiny blooms, A total scam!It also DID NOT come with the glass bowl pictured in the order, it came with a cheap plastic cylinder that looks like cheap crap. Worse it did not come with the Whitmans chocolates but some cheap knock off that my wife doesn't even like. So for well over $100 with tax I got flowers that didn't even fill the arrangement and we're not even or aesthetically pleasing to the eye, a box of cheap knock of chocolates that were not what I ordered, and instead of the glass bowl, a super cheap crappy plastic cylinder that didn't hold the arrangement properly so they just flopped around. Also the "card" that the print you choose isn't a card, it's basically a piece of printer paper folded in half. Do not waste money on this place. Go to the store spend half as much on a good arrangement and an actual card and everyone will be happier and you'll save tons of money. Super upset about this order.If this business has any pride it would refund my order minus the tax and delivery cost.

I walked in at 4:40 to grab a quick birthday gift. I was literally scanning the surroundings for a florist and did a U-Turn when I spotted their sign.I knew I wanted a small mum. When I entered, one of the florists was on the phone dealing with a needy customer and she was being so patient and kind. The other florist (who helped me) was good but harried. She did make the simple mum plant look good. I thought it was a really eclectic shop. I didn't see a lot of fresh cut flowers here so you might have to do preorders. I wasn't that picky.

I called them recently to have some flowers delivered to a friend locally. They have favorable reviews on Yelp overall, and they are also located fairly close to her house. They also didn't charge too much, (the pricing and product was pretty much in line with the going rate elsewhere), for a decent sized bouquet in a vase along with the delivery fee.They were friendly and helpful in getting the order secured and expedited. The finished creation was lovely as well. My friend was very surprised and delighted.

I waited after hours to receive my flowers and when they finally got here the were dead, dirty vase, looked like they were last weeks cooler flowers, I called to complain and they said they'd bring another arrangement in which they did ..at least the vase was clean but it looked like a toddler put it together and it was only 3 red roses ???? BEWARE the flowers are old and the designer sucks, will tall anyone who will listen about this place.....

Ordered flowers from afar for a family member in the hospital. The arrangement is simply stunning. I am very impressed with the personal service and care I received from this flower shop. The shop was very busy when I called, and the owner actually delivered the flowers herself. That's what I call dedication. Ordering online is kind of a hit or miss thing with flowers. This shop did a fabulous job and is a definite hit! I will absolutely use them again and recommend highly.

I placed an order online last on 12/20/2023 and had it delivered to the hotel the next morning. The arrangement of flowers I ordered were nothing like I received. The website stated the flower arrangement will be delivered approximately as pictured.. it most certainly did not. The vase is completely different as well as it didn't have a Santa in it.I ask to have this made right please be a I do not want to dispute the charges.Update. Doesn't want to communicate, Cindy got mad and raised her voice. She hung up on me once and I called back. She then gave me the excuse that she was juggling phones. I tried to then talk to her and see what they would offer to make it right. She continued to be argumentative and then hung up on me again. Very disappointed and I can not believe the lack of care.Why hang up on me twice!?!?!?You are absolutely wrong!! And very rudeIt's insane that you only reached out after I left a bad review instead of the email I sent to you???Still no contact and will not answer the phone... I still have screen shots

Ordered a flower arrangement on-line from FlowerGirls. Picked a local florist for better service. HUGE MISTAKE. The arrangement I selected online showed about a dozen red Roses plus greenery. The recipient sent me a picture of what was received. A half dozen roses (or less) with little greenery. What a scam! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Beautiful flowers, responsive owner. When we hit a snag, the folks at FlowerGirls were on it fast. The blooms were colorful and fresh. We'll order from them again.

I ordered from 1800 flowers spent a lot of money for a large arrangement and the receiver received an arrangement totally different. I had it replaced for them to fix the issue and it's still not right.
