Restaurant staff was friendly and took care of us. Ordered tenderloin sandwich and fries, wife ordered fried chicken dinner. Mine was good, wife's was good but chicken was not seasoned and was bland. Prices were very reasonable and no wait times. We ate at 1230 on Thursday. Ambiance was very good and promoted chatting and enjoying the restaurant and bar area. I recommend this restaurant to anyone local or passing through.

Flat Creek is exactly what you'd expect - a burgers, steak, and seafood place with a big menu. It's a good addition to Webb City with decent food.The restaurant is large with lots of seating. My husband and I ate there during their soft opening last year. I can't remember what we ate but I know it was fine. No surprises, you leave satisfied, you'll most likely go back. Definitely give it a try at least once.

Large restaurant with plenty of space for large groups. Even larger menu and portions. We've had a couple of large family meals here over the holidays. Service is always good. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are a favorite.

Flat Creek has a few locations and overall they do good - but this place needs to work out some kinks. The service and speed was fairly bad on this night. But the food was all reasonable:- Chicken fried steak: gravy was under-seasoned and underwhelming. Portion size was decent. - Fried shrimp: overall, not too bad...and I'd order again. - Burger: I didn't try....but it's a burger....how bad could it be...lol. - Fries: serviceable...just nothing too special. Place is decorated fairly neat and a lot of interesting items around.

The service was very nice, we visited from CA. We ordered brisket and fried chicken. Both plates were very good. The portions were enough to share both meals. The environment was nice. Recommend this place for out of town visitors.

This is a welcome surprise for our area. The effort in pulling together a great-looking interior, extensive menu, enough parking, and well-trained staff is not always available in more rural areas like ours and sometimes local businesses just don't put in the effort or have enough competition or funding to bother. Flat Creek is more typically found in large cities and areas that cater to convention and business people or travelers and tourists. This is the kind of quality we expect to see in Branson, Tulsa, Kansas, City, or even Springfield. So we are very excited and appreciative to see it in Webb City.So the decor, it's eclectic, playfully inconsistent, and gives you lots of fun things to look at. Some of it is surprisingly interesting. The host got us to a table quickly and helped us arrange things the way we wanted (we sometimes move things around when there is a group. We had four adults and one toddler. Our waitress was out to our table quickly and frequently (we sat outside which often means slower service but not today). She was helpful with the menu and answered our questions and got drinks and appetizers out quickly. We tried a variety of things so we could get an idea of what's good and everyone was very happy with their choices. We ordered ribs, catfish, cobb salad, burgers, fries, onion rings, fried okra, lobster seafood dip, and a few other things. We all ended up having food to take home.I was very pleased with the catfish and the ribs I sampled. I'm sure we will be back and this will be a place we would be proud to bring friends to, a larger group, or take business people for a dinner or lunch. BTW they were serving a group of more than 20 folks when we came in and they seemed to be handling them just fine along with everyone else.If the management read this: I hope the Bob's Big Boy out front doesn't get you in legal trouble. There are still Bob's operating throughout the South and Western states that still use the statues.

Great decor, great music (not too loud), super attentive staff. We had the seafood dip with wonton chips, it was tasty and more than we could finish. I had the Rubin with sweet potato fries, soooo good! The meat was so tender and delicious!

I would love to rate their food, but we never got any. I love Flat Creek in Republic. Tried this one as it was on our way to KC. We were seated in 15 minutes. We ordered and waited over 1 hour for our food. We asked our waitress how much longer and she reported back that we had 4 more orders in front of us. We left! We will never return!!!!! We had a toddler with us who became very grumpy. We had a diabetic with us. We still had to pay for our drinks. We paid $20 for soda just to wait on food for 75 minutes only to find out it would be another 20 minutes. The guy at the next table ordered a steak medium rare. It came out well done. They actually brought the rest of the table to go containers before they recooked his steak!

Has the perfect menu and amazing food not too mention the huge portions! Always have friendly and attentive service even when they're busy. Also all the decor is always fun to look around at while you wait for food, there's so much I see new things every time I go. Only complaint is to bring back the brown gravy!
