Five Oaks Lodge

Five Oaks Lodge is a private event venue in Jenks, and it's grounds are very pretty, especially on a nice fall day. I attended a wedding that was here on a gorgeous Saturday morning in September. The ceremony took place on the upper deck on the back of the lodge, overlooking the lake. Half of the outdoor deck is covered, so events can take place out here even in rainy weather. The interior of the lodge is designed in an elegant and slightly rustic motif which can be altered with any style of décor, given the type of event. I was impressed that they had custom china with their monogram, it added a classiness you don't see at a lodge too often around here. There are 185 acres on the grounds (the lake comprises about 50 of them), so there are a few areas where events can occur: the deck, lawn, inside the lodge, etc. This brunch wedding I attended served a nice breakfast of sausage and veggie frittata, fresh fruit, biscuits and (great) gravy, which I found out later was all prepared by the owners of the facility. Free flowing mimosas helped keep the party going until sent off the bride and groom to their tropical honeymoon. Overall, I had an enjoyable time and would recommend an event here based on my experience. I did speak to other vendors (a photographer and DJ), who had similar experiences as the other vendors who have posted reviews on this place. But as a guest, I think it is a very pretty, clean, and convenient place to have a woodsy, lodge style event in the Tulsa area.

This was an excellent choice for the teambuilding activity through work. The food tasted like it was well prepared with gusto. The deck of the lodge was serene. Rustic ambiance.

I have been here as a third party vendor as well. (See Benjamin p's review) everything he says about the woman who runs the place is true. What ive seen that makes me want to give this place a 1 star is how absent she is to her customers. Once the guests arrived, she disappeared. They had a question for her about a mic for the wedding toasts and some other details before the wedding. She was no where to be found. So here was the bride an groom, at a lost as of what to do. So i went looking for her. What does she do? SnipAt me and become very rude to the wedding party cause we were making her leave her office. (By the way, i found her watching youtube and eating something in there). But earlier in the day she was treating a couple extremely well when they were looking into booking the venue. If she treats u great when u lookInto the venue at 5 oaks, dont be fooled by it. Once the deal is sealed she becomes the rudeness monster. Dont book the venue here until she no longer works there.

This review is for a wedding that was held at Five Oaks Lodge. The facility was clean and very pretty. But, what impressed me the most, was the great food that was served at the the wedding. It was really good. If I needed a facility like this for a meeting or a wedding, I would definately consider it. Thank you.

The venue was gorgeous and perfect for a Christmas wedding! The food was amazing... the best wedding buffet I've ever had! The prime rib/beef tenderloin wascooked perfectly! But themost incredible part about the entire day was the staff!From the setup, to the bartenders, to the servers! Everyone bent over backwards to ensure that we had everything we needed... including anticipating what wemight need. They even helped "pack up" and load our cars!Truly exceptional customer service which helped the event be perfect! I woulddefinitely recommend this beautiful venue!

I recently attended a meeting at 5 Oaks Lodge and the venue, food, and staff were top notch. I would really like to share how the staff was so responsive and quickly took care of returning a laptop for me that I left behind. I didn't realize until I was at the airport and called them. Nicole assured me they would get it safely retuned and she not only sent it overnight, but declined my offered to cover the shipping costs. Wish I lived in Tulsa so that I could use this venue more often. I would highly recommend them!

Just had my daughter's wedding at Five Oaks and it could not have been a more wonderful experience! The setting is beyond beautiful and Nicole is a joy to work with: you literally don't have to worry about details because she thinks of everything! The food was fantastic. We had guests from all over the country and they raved about the views, food and what an intimate, cozy feel this venue provides, even with 180 people! They are flexible on their bar service which allowed us to provide really nice open bar options at a fair price. It was a night we will never forget and I highly recommend Five Oaks for any event!
