First shuttle to the airport featured an air conditioner that seemed ready to launch into orbit with every bump. The ride back was in a newer shuttle--thankfully, all parts stayed in place.Other than that, great experience at Fine. Opted for the detail service, and they nailed it. Drove my truck to work the next day, and a coworker said it looked better than when I got it from the dealership. Guess I'm in the wrong business!

I paid $500 for the Platinum detail. I chose this place because the package said it included a "fine paint correction process". And I had surface scratches all over my car. These are scratches that absolutely would be removed with a good buff and polish. I don't know what they did, but they did nothing to remove the scratches. They just put some product on the car to cover them up for a little while. It only took a few weeks for all those surface scratches to be visible again. The package also included a ceramic coating. Not sure what they did because a real ceramic coating should last for at least a year of not much more. Mine is obviously gone as I can see those surface scratches again. They also did a pretty bad job at even doing a general clean. I had globs of dirt left on the connectors for my side step bars as well as on my hitch. The job they did on my truck was not worth anywhere near $500.Update. I'll give them another star for customer service. They offered to redo the detail since I wasn't happy and even came and picked up my car. As far as the work goes. They are absolutely just false advertising. It's very apparent no one there knows what they are doing and what the services they claim to be doing should look like. Here's a list of exterior items the platinum package includes that they did not do well or at all. Rims & tires cleaned & dressedWheel wells detailed & dressed Exterior windows detailed Clay bar paint decontamination Exterior trim detailed & dressedFine paint correction process Ceramic coating applied to paint Ceramic coating applied to windshield They had the car for less than four hours. Obviously they didn't do all these things. Their website even says the platinum takes 48 hours so the ceramic coating can dry.

For a place to park your car near the airport this is the place to go! It's located near the airport and has easy access in and out. The flow is super easy for newbies to understand as well which is a plus. I like that there are options to park inside or out and they have valet service available.There is a shuttle that picks you up at your vehicle and drops you off at your terminal. Service from the terminal back to your car works the same.It is a tad pricey for the Tulsa market, but for the service you get, with a secured parking lot with plenty of security features, for me, it's worth a couple extra bucks a day for the peace of mind and the ease of getting back and forth.I also like how they'll wash your car for you too if you'd like to pay for it.

I really don't know why you would park anywhere else.First of all, this is a local business with deep roots in the community. Secondly, it is all about customer service.We flew back into Tulsa at the beginning of a very busy holiday weekend. The arrival lanes were packed and shuttles were getting blocked in. As we boarded the shuttle, we could hear our driver (and all the drivers) communicating on the radio to make sure that all customers were picked up. Before we got to our car, we heard management making sure one disgruntled patron would get picked up even if they had to send another shuttle just for him. (Like I said, the arrival lanes were PACKED and the shuttle drivers were doing their best to get everyone picked up!)A tip if you don't know: For $9 a day you can park in covered parking across the street from the main establishment. It's not quite as seamless as parking and just jumping on the shuttle. You have to go inside the main (valet part) to pay then follow a van across the street to park in a metal building. Then, you just hop in the van with your luggage and are returned to the main terminal to wait for a shuttle with the rest of the valet crowd. We have gone this route for the past year or so and it's a great option for not leaving your car out in the Oklahoma elements. We have never had to wait for a van ride either.Customer service is stellar here!!!!

Have parked at Fine since before they had a parking structure and have been very pleased. Recently, it seems there has been an increase in the number of LARGE pickup trucks parking "inside" at Fine. Some of these vehicles are so large they make it almost impossible to get past. Just yesterday in exiting the structure on the second floor down ramp it was very difficult to maneuver a "normal" size vehicle past two trucks that almost completely blocked the lane. Fine, please "police" the vehicles parking in your lot!

Have always parked at Fine Airport Parking .....generally great service and friendly staff , especially the shuttle drivers. Last evening was a completely different experience. Away for a week on vacation and flagged down a shuttle, but he waved me to get out of the way and he drove well down the pickup area. So my group and others had to follow his shuttle down the way with our bags in tow. Once there, he had already picked up others and said he was full as we began to load. Waited on next shuttle with a nice young lady providing excellent service and was tipped accordingly. He apparently told supervisor-in-charge I was in his way. Supervisor took his side and could care less! Mayor P T (Bynum) and Friends have expanded the city's parking garage to over 500 spaces.....guess I'll see how my car fits into their less expensive parking spots.

I want to publicly thank Haily for the great service she provided to me when I returned to Tulsa on July 5, 2023. I was traveling alone with my service animal and 2 over 50 lbs suit cases and a dog stroller etc.... Two fine shuttles went by me and did not stop or ask anything. Haily had no idea that I was in Fine Parking. She stopped her shuttle and asked if I needed help. Not was I in Fine Parking or anything else, she just wanted to help me. She knows how I feel. I had no cash on me, but I came back to find her and let her know how much I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. I will continue to use Fine Parking because of the service I received. I am a flight attendant - so I have been to many a parking spot in my time traveling for work. Fine is always SO impressive. They have always had a shuttle ready and waiting, and the operation is really smooth. The price is also really reasonable and the lots are secure. Their shuttle drivers are always friendly, helpful and in a good mood. You can tell it's a good company! Highly recommend if you need any extended parking at TUL.

Made reservations online. Website was very easy to you. When arriving at Fine there was an attendant who showed us where to park. Shuttle promptly picked us up and took us to the airport. When returning our flight had been delayed four times and ended up landing 7 hours late. I was worried the shuttle wouldn't be there but they pulled up as we were walking out with our suitcases. Our drivers coming and going we're very professional and helped with our suitcases. Car was parked for ten days and I found the price to be very reasonable. Will be using them again.
