Fergusons Country Store & Restaurant

Stayed near Ferguson's Country Store recently and must say the food is fantastic. All is made from scratch and definitely scratches the southern food itch. Definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through.

This rustic version of a Cracker Barrel has good food and friendly employees!We didn't shop, but we enjoyed our lunch! Better yet; the dining area is in the middle of an open floor-plan 2-story lodge, so we could watch shoppers enjoy their quests!The Lunch was a tasty and filling BBQ Pork Sandwich, with Fries and Baked Beans. The Baked Beans had an excellent mild flavor, with small chunks of meat throughout! Probably the best Baked Beans I have ever eaten!! We loved the Peach Cobbler w Ice Cream dessert (the term 'a la mode' is too French for this country treasure)! We had Sweet Tea and soft drinks, and the tea was excellent. Prices are $10-15/person; in line with the quality food and service.

Service is so nice and friendly and fast!! Food was great! Will be back!!! Plus we picked up some jelly too!

This place was a big disappointment to us. Since it is nearby we had high hopes but the food was ordinary except my husband ordered water which he usually does as he cannot have any caffeine and he told me he got "river water"! That was shocking. The biscuits were not very good and the service was slow which was ok that day. I had sure hoped this would be like Cracker Barrel as we love CB but it wasn't. It was very sad and pitiful.

Fergusons offers some of the best food, people, location, decorations, furniture, cowboy hats, quilts. I would say the best coffee, and that's not an easy statement. The biscuits also are the best. I really would enjoy being there more often. See for y'all's selves.

First time visiting here- first the "store" is nothing to get excited over. I was thinking maybe a bit like Cracker Barrel, but I was very wrong. There was nothing I would even consider buying. The restaurant itself is tiny. Hardly any cars in the parking lot and still a wait due to so few tables. The wait for our food was even more ridiculous (we considered just leaving). My husband got a BLT and I got their lunch special, which was a pork chop, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The pork chop had so much fat on it that I couldn't eat it and the portions were rather small. I'd never go back here.

Excellent service and delicious Southern home cooked food. I got the chicken fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. My sister got the club sandwich and fries.

Great country breakfast spot if you're on the way to Branson! Nothing fancy, just a good solid breakfast. It's kind of a mini Cracker Barrel as there's a side place to go shop while you wait or after your meal!

Pass this place all the time and finally stopped. Excellent service and homemade cooking. Menu has something for everyone. Husband had ham and I had fried chicken sandwich. Both were great. You also can shop for furniture, tshirts, shoes and other quaint country items. It's worth a stop and next time we will leave room for one of the awesome looking desserts.

We stopped here for breakfast! It was delicious! You must order a cinnamon roll! They are the best I've ever had! Also, sit in front of the massive fireplace in the winter! It's the best! Order one of their more popular dish, "The Buffalo River". It's a tasty dish with sausage gravy and homemade biscuits, 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, and hash browns or grits. The staff are super friendly and attentive! Our waitress said they are now open 8-8 on Friday and Saturday and serve a great steak for dinner and Sunday open 8-3. We will definitely go back!
