We started our adventure in 2018 with Ferguson Subaru. Since then we have purchased four Subarus from them. Chester Loham has been our salesman for all of them and has done a great job. He will help get you in the right Subaru that fits your needs and your budget.Getting your car serviced can always be stressful, but I have never had any problems with the team at Ferguson Subaru. For routine oil change and filters they have always been able to work me into the schedule. For bigger jobs, they have worked with me to make sure that I have a loaner, and when the job has gone longer than anticipated, they have not given me any trouble with keeping the loaner. They have provided great service for the four Subarus I purchased from them as well as the two Subarus I purchased from other places. Oh, did I mention I have an amazing shuttle service with Uber like tracking of your ride and Online ordering of a ride all included at no additional cost as part of your service.

Scammers? Incompetent? Who knows!The folks at Ferguson Subaru have burned me for the VERY last time. I came to them several months ago about how my power seat on the driver's side was too close to the steering wheel, and how it could only go forward and not back. I trusted them with my car, and when it was returned to me, they quoted me around 1500 to replace the entire motor that powers the chair. Even WORSE: they had moved the seat even further forward "testing" it, and they said they "couldn't move it back."My car is a beat up 2008 Subaru Outback...It's barely worth 1500 on its own. I was working in education at the time, so I did NOT have 1500 to drop on this, and today I am SO GLAD I DIDN'T!!I took my car to another place and they checked it out, told me it was a single piece that was disconnected. I was quoted $250 for the entire job.They even were able to adjust the seat manually for me so I could (for the first time in MONTHS) sit normally. The owner even told me that if it WAS the whole motor, it would have cost $1194 total. There's a few things going on here:1. They either thought they could scam me into a super expensive repair2. They didn't really check my complaint about my car3. They might have thought that if my seat was stuck dangerously close to wheel, I'd give in and pay the money OR4. They were too incompetent to figure out how to fix it. I will never ever be coming back. 2 stars because the waiting room is nice!

The Deals are Hot Right Now!I had a 2013 BRZ which for the money was one fun little sports car! My wife drove it most of the time but, she was getting tired of a three pedal car and wanted and automatic. Subaru, is our favorite for reliability. She had her eye on a 2020 Crosstrek Limited in Crystal White Pearl. Ferguson had a couple of them in stock. I got a good price over the internet. The next morning I met with the salesman Tabor Guinn, a super nice guy and very easy to work with. The manager at Ferguson gave me very reasonable price on my trade in. And, POW! This deal is on! This was probably one of the most hassle free car deals I have done in my life. It took longer for them to prep the car, than it took to work through the paper work to buy it! I am very happy with Ferguson Subaru!! And the sales staff!

Unethical Sales Practices at Subaru Motors FergusonI recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Subaru Motors Ferguson in Broken Arrow. During the process of finalizing the purchase of my leased Subaru Crosstrek 2021, I encountered unethical sales practices that I believe warrant attention.I worked with a Subaru finance manager named Brandon, who unfortunately engaged in misleading tactics to sell me an extra protection warranty. Not only did Brandon fail to disclose that the warranty was not affiliated with Subaru, as I was led to believe, but he also provided inaccurate information regarding the additional cost. What was initially presented as a $40 monthly increase turned out to be a combined cost of $5400, more than double the amount quoted.Upon discovering these discrepancies, I promptly returned to the dealership to cancel the warranty. While I await reimbursement, I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Transparency and honesty are essential in any transaction, and the lack thereof at Subaru Motors Ferguson is deeply concerning.I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly review all documentation before finalizing any agreements at this dealership. It is my hope that this review prompts Subaru Motors to address these issues and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Ferguson Subaru in Broken Arrow. I had been looking (and pestering) the salesman Chester Lohman for close to a year in trying to decide on a new car or if I even wanted one.Stopped by with my wife a couple months ago and we ( especially her) fell in love with a Forester Wilderness they had on the lot. Because we weren't in any hurry, decided to order one. Came in much earlier than estimated. Chester kept us updated during the waiting period. When it arrived, we hurried down to buy .Chester was very professional and took the time to explain the various functions. Sue in the business office explained our options and didn't "push" options we didn't want. She was also very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend this dealership.

I drove from OKC to purchase a used Outback that I was told was in excellent condition. Once I got there they then warned me that it smelled like smoke but they had a system to treat and getting out the smell would be no problem. Well it didn't work, after two treatments it still smelled like horribly like smoke. I found a place that guaranteed to get the smoke out but it was between $1,000 to $1,500 for the treatment so I asked them to take that off the price so I could get it treated or take it there themselves. They refused and the whole experience was a waste of time and money and time off work for both my husband and I. So if you are looking for an Outback priced just as high as other used Outbacks but smells like a cheap hotel this is your dealership!

I came in for a EPB sensor issue but was told no matter what, they had to do a multipoint inspection. I was told I needed new brake pads so again - was led to believe that a multipoint inspection was done. When I came to pick up my car it was dead in the parking lot - they jumped it - told me "it was probably the weather". I asked if they checked the battery in my inspection and they said they didn't do an inspection. Then how did you know I needed new brake pads?I drove home and the next day my car was dead. I jumped it, took it to Robertson Tire and they said I needed a new battery.My experiences with Subaru over and over and over again are terrible. You all are nice, but I have not had a good experience with the actual service, ever. I don't feel like you're paying attention, I don't feel like my car is being taken care of. And unless there's a recall I'm not bringing my car in to Subaru service for any reason.

I purchased a 2022 Subaru Ascent. I traded it in a few months later for a brand new top of the line 2023 Kia carnival prestige SX. Dropped a lot of money at that place, never been late, etc. I also co-signed a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI for my spouse, never late as well. We scheduled maintenance on the 2013, requested a loaner because we live 2 hours from the dealership. A lady texts us that she is off today. Never said we couldn't get a loaner or gave us additional info. We load up our 8 month old baby, 2 year old and 13 year old and take our car in. They tell us they have no loaners. We also were told we couldn't rent anything because we had previously loaned an ascent (NEVER a HAPPENED) and it was dirty. I've never rented a vehicle from this place. I've BOUGHT 3! We had to leave without our car issue being fixed. Would never purchase another vehicle here or schedule for maintenance.
