Just had my car in for service today for an oil change and some other items. Didn't buy the car here but service advisor Donovan was very nice to tell me not a problem and they would get it taken care of as soon as possible. Service Manager Charlie, came out to greet us and introduce us to their service department. He showed us the waiting room, the free water and snacks. Everyone was very nice and professional. Even got to meet Casey the Technician who did the work on our vehicle. He didn't try to upsell anything just told us what he had found and what we need to keep an eye on for future service. We really like that. Kudos to Casey. Overall a very refreshing experience. I highly would highly recommend Ferguson Kia

Our experience at Ferguson Kia was amazing! Carlos Jeffries was our sales consultant and he did a great job of helping us find the right vehicle, educating us on the process and making our trip from Arkansas worthwhile. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and he treated us like family! We also had a great experience with our finance manager, Brandon Hunt, who was super friendly and was able to educate us on our financing and warranty options. We have bought multiple vehicles in the past, but our experience with Ferguson Kia FAR EXCEEDED our expectations and was the best car buying experience that we've had! I HIGHLY recommend Ferguson Kia and will recommend them to all of our family and friends!! ...Oh yeah and we got a pretty sweet ride as well!

Don't ever come here for repairs. They have a good waiting room and decent customer service, but they will hold it for days, even weeks. They couldn't even offer an estimate after holding it for 10 days. Afterwards they did offer a complimentary service, so they are owning up to it. There is a lot of work to be done in that shop though. I made an appointment for Monday Dec 30. They originally said that my "diagnostic" should take 1-3 days, but because they are recovering from being under-staffed it would actually take 3-5 days. They were polite and I was fine with it so I agreed to it. I asked for updates throughout the first week. The first Saturday I texted they didn't answer. For the SECOND WEEK; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, I checked in, it wasn't done, there were cars ahead of me. They said it should be looked at the beginning of the THIRD WEEK and I spoke to the manager for an explanation and he said that it was because he was down a tech. I'm sorry but if one tech calls off and the wait time has TRIPLED for APPOINTMENTS, then the staff should be reevaluated. Also, I asked for a rental twice and there was none available. They didn't even offer to help me cover for a third party rental or anything. I ended up taking it out of lineup and taking to Firestone and they did it in three hours. Was there for a total of 10 days and I regret it. I will never come back here again.Edit: they did offer to comp my next oil change. I'm glad they are owning up to it.

I have been dealing with Ferguson regarding car repairs on a brand new vehicle purchased from them. They supposedly have a great warranty. After months, they think they may know what's going on, but have to wait longer for approval from Kia for repairs as they have to send it out. Meanwhile, I'm paying a car payment plus rental fees. I don't know why they can't exchange this car for a new one - we originallycontactedthem in August. It'sFebruary - still no resolution. This has been a horrible experience. Kia Consumer is not helpful, either.

Purchased a used Kia from them. They said certified pre owned, but couldn't fix a tire pressure sensor so they took away the certified. Asked if that would adjust a price they said no, I guess certified is actually worthless value by their admission. But I get a windshield warranty. I take it in for a windshield replacement that we scheduled @ 9:30; it's almost 3:00 PM and not only is it not done but they won't take my call even or return my call while I'm waiting on my vehicle. I'd urge anyone to avoid this place and especially their service department as they can't seem to accurately get a 2-3 hour job completed or worry about answering calls or getting back with customers when they have their vehicle. I just hope I get it back sometime soon and fixed to a satisfactory level. Avoid this place though. Find a different Kia dealership.

No service after the sale. I had a feeling it was going to be a bad experience by the lack of communication with in the company. I got a text the day after dropping my car off asking if I actually dropped it off or needed to reschedule. (no one checked my car in I guess) I had to send text and leave 4 voice mails to get a call back - a week later - at which point I was given information about the payment of my vehicle and told if I had purchased the extended warranty due to the factory being about 30k miles over. Turns out I did purchase it and they just simply didn't look. (More lack of detail, attention and communication) I was finally - 2 weeks later - contacted by the service lane manager (who i'm assuming was to busy to step in until now) who assured that they had been working on the claim and that she or another manager would call me back with updates. Unfortunately someone else called me back and honestly told me they couldn't do and to call the warranty company myself. WOW... I as the customer who was sold the warranty BY FERGUSON now need to do the job of a service adviser.This is a huge let down and honestly ever time I've been back has been a let down. I'm sure they are good people, I also know beyond the shadow of a doubt that there are much better dealers in the Tulsa metro area who want to take care of their customers and the community. I blame myself for going back despite my own service experience. After working in one of Tulsa's finest dealerships, I truly know there is a better way to buy a car.

We bought two Kia vehicles in 2017 and love them both still. However Ferguson Kia service department is sub par. I was there twice in two weeks (to get the antitheft software update). Both times they performed the free multI-point inspection and my Forté passed with flying colors but they couldn't tell me what was making that grinding noise on my front right tire without "further diagnostics" that would take a week. Thanks to Robertson Tire (68th & Memorial) for figuring it out was no brake pad! How Kia missed that twice is beyond me...

Called and spoke to Daniel in Service dept and was quoted 3 hours of labor at $180/hour. I scheduled the appointment because the other mechanic I was price comparing them to quoted 4 hours. Then I get a call a couple hours after dropping car off that it will be 6 hours for the 4 parts. 6?! At my request, they did a diagnostic and learned I only need 3 of the 4 parts repaired but that those 3 parts will take 5 hours. I texted to check in and learned that it really took them 2h15m hours of labor, but theyre charging us for 5. When I asked why I was told that it's a "menu price for labor" (which makes sense regarding labor being set at $180/hr but I doubt that means charging extra hours that the work didn't take.) This is not ethical. So I spoke to Mike the Service Manager and he was phenomenal! He honored the 3 hour rate for labor and even gave us a coupon for a free oil change next time. Then he went above and beyond to help answer other questions we had regarding other items that the courtesy inspection caught. He completed turned around a negative experience and we are so pleased. Thank you Mike and team!

The service department is beyond horrible. I've been trying to get my heater/ air conditioner fixed for months. They get you to bring your car in then keep it for days and still no repairs. Last Kia I'll have. Which is a shame because I like the car.
