My neighbors lawn always looks so great, Fenix sign was in yard , so I I decided to sign up for the lawn care program! Also, had them trim our scrub oaks! What an awesome family!

We had good experience with Fenix until today. I had called a few weeks ago to ask them to let us know the day before they were coming so we would keep our dog inside. Since the weather is getting nicer we prefer to let her stay outside while we are at work instead of in her kennel. Well today they showed up and didn't let us know. My husband text the guy when he saw that they had arrived on our ring and told them to not spray today and to come back on Friday. Well, they went into our backyard anyway and started spraying. We also have a ring in our backyard so I saw them. Our dog was freaking out. Thankfully she is very sweet and would never attack anyone but she was barking at them because they were strangers. We have cancelled our services with them and will never recommend them to anyone else. Thank god our dog didn't t get out of the gate or worse, bit one of the workers. And to top it off, when my husband called the owner she didn't apologize at all and acted like it wasn't a big deal. When a customer asks for you to let them know when you're coming that should be respected and even more so, when a customer asks you to NOT go in the backyard that should absolutely not be ignored.
