The staff and facilities are wonderful. I particularly appreciate Dr. Zinn, she's not only knowledgeable and experienced, she's incredibly kind and compassionate. We had a cat dealing with recurrent UTIs which our previous vet treated with the usual antibiotics each time. The vets at Feline Specialties recommended an ultrasound and discovered the cause of her UTIs. Once that was properly treated she never had another one. Having a cat only facility is also better for our kitties, who get stressed out at traditional vet clinics with loud barking dogs. I can't recommend Feline Specialties highly enough.

We've been going to Feline Specialties since we moved to Tulsa in 1999.They are so caring and loving to our fur babies. When we had to make the most difficult decision to put down our 17 year old, Tigger after he was suffering through kidney failure, they were so very concerned about us and extremely compassionate to Tigger when the time came. They actually cried with us and provided lots of support and hugs. They even took care of sending Tigger to a great place to be cremated. A couple days after we were so appreciative to receive Tigger's paw print in a lovely velvet bag, a card signed by all the staff, phone calls to see how we were doing. After a month without our Tigger, we adopted 3 rescue kitties. One, Rigby in 2009. He's 12 now and is in need of a full tissue biopsy procedure. Of course we're worried but we have the upmost trust in the doctors. Dr. Zinn, Dr. O'Cain to provide Rigby with a comprehensive caring surgery. Dr. Palmer is a great addition to the staff. They are the best in their field, bar none! One of our other kitties, Meija had kidney stones that required surgery and later a tooth extraction. She is doing great although she needs to go twice a week for fluids which they lovingly care for Meija and have developed a sweet relationship with her. She is thriving with their care. Our Eleanor seems to be in good health with yearly check up's and vaccinations. If she should have any problems we know she will be taken care of.We feel like family with the doctors, techs and support staff. They truly are gifts to any cat parents

Our Cabo kitty was sick and these nice people fixed him right up!Every time we are here they are efficient and kind. It is always super clean. They never rush you and they really listen.A big perk is that it is just cats. No loud, barking dogs scaring your kitty. We drive way south to go here- we rarely leave midtown for most services, so that's saying something! They also have cute kitty things for sale- cat trees, toys, carriers, etc.

If you are looking for smart, caring, and cat-centered veterinary care in Tulsa, this is the place to go! All of the doctors, technicians, and support staff at Feline Specialties are super professional, and I trust their up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of feline health care. The staff at Feline Specialties handles all services--from basic check-ups to dental cleaning to office procedures--with careful attention to your cat's comfort level. I have been impressed with the speed of their work, too: they work quickly and efficiently to minimize any stress on the kitties. We take our two cats (13 and 2 years old) and both are always comfortable with the vets and technicians. Feline Specialties provides private boarding for cats, too, though we haven't yet taken advantage of this great offering. Each cat gets his or her own space (or "sibling" cats can be together, of course) with room to climb, jump, hide, or watch his/her own bird feeder outside the large window. They have a wide selection of toys, treats, and kitty condos for sale in the front office as well. Some of the toys we've bought there have quickly become our cats' favorites.Overall, if you are a Tulsa cat companion and need veterinary care, Feline Specialties is the best place you could take your kitty. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful facility, wonderful staff, wonderful doctors. My Moses loved to visit the ladies, they treated him like a rock star. After 18 years he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. These nice ladies provided me with a beautiful burial bag & sent a sympathy card. When I adopt another kitty I will return to Feline Specialities for his care. 5 Stars!

They might be a good clinic but I new to Tulsa and walkes in Monday with my ailing cat. The stone faced receptionist was flustered at first but then said 'they don't take walkins.' I said I didn't plan for for my cat to be sick over the weekend. No help or empathy at all. Now I would never go there or recommend.

DONT go here. My cat has been not eating lately so I took him here. Reception was kind, but then I went to see the doctors and not even a minute he's been out of the crate, They start freaking out after holding him down literally right as he even came out of the crate saying he needs to be sedated. My cat is very sweet and shy but never aggressive, and no suprise he needs more than a minute to feel comfortable in a new space, seemed very strange to me. Previous vets just gave him a treat to calm him, not a 100$ anesthesia dose. Anyways they bring out this big anesthesia machine to put him to sleep, then give him a shot. That alone was 200$. They tried to get me to pay wayyy more but I told them no. This place honestly just felt like a massive scam. They will give you judgmental stares if you tell them you don't want to pay 600$ for god knows what treatments they say your cat needs for a simple upset stomach.Anyways none of the shot even worked. If any of your cats aren't eating here's the solution I had to find myself: pumpkin puree, Walmart, 4$. Ran to Walmart today and got some, put some on my finger to give him. Had to put it on his mouth to get him to start licking but then he ate it up. Few minutes later he was at his food bowl eating!Don't make my mistake by coming here and save your money.

Be Wary! Get Prices upfront! Very good at what they do. Top notch feline veterinary clinic. My complaint is how they handled my Cat's final days. She was inoperable, assuming she had a tumor behind her nose, she was a 15 year old Persian. The vet recommended an MRI, at the cost of of $1400, to me, accompanied by a trip to OKC. She was very dismissive of my hesitation , even after telling me that the MRI could do nothing to help my precious kitty. I paid, what I see now, ridiculously high prices for too long. Don't get caught in their web, also. MAKE SURE YOU GET PRICES UPFRONT, AND KNOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO BOARD YOUR FABULOUS FELINE.

When you walk in you are greeted by the nice staff along with some kittens for adoption on the right, the people are very sweet and helpful but I highly recommend someplace else... no hate to any of the employees but it's really a ripoff, they'll find anyway to sneak in fees, it's sick how they take advantage of pet owners... trying to get pills for my cat with hyperthyroid without getting fees all thrown in my face. The prices are terrible but the people are very nice which is why this isn't a one star.
