The doctors are great but had a recent issue with the receptionist Lacy and office manager Tobra over something so petty. I questioned their policy about their $25 discount (used to be $40) for dental cleaning. New policy is the vet must discuss at exam time that there is a need and offer the discount. It was discussed with me - dog is 9 years old & it was obvious - but no discount offered. I was basically told, in a rude tone, I was out of luck. I asked to speak to the vet but got office manager Tobra instead. She had the same tone as the receptionist and now my dog has no vet!! It's a shame the vet owners will not return my call. Customer service is not what it was when they first opened.

I was referred here after a bad experience with another local vet. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Dr.Albin was great. He treated both my dog and me with respect and genuine concern. He answered my questions and took great care of my dog, Charlie. The staff was very friendly and helpful too!

Very bad experience. Would never recommend. Was told one thing when treating my other dog's highly contagious kennel cough (two days ago) but changed the story when we needed treatment for the other dog. Made it look like my wife was the one mistaken. Horrible customer service. Dr. who claimed to be an owner treated me horrible. Said I had an attitude. When I challenged how she talked to me, a customer, she had me leave without even treating my sick dog. I think telling my wife one thing only to change their story wasn't appropriate, a form of attitude. Probably doesn't care about household pets the way she should. At the least, she should have completed the exam, prescribed a treatment and taken my money. A whole lot better Veterinary Clinics in the area. Was able to get my dog seen and treated immediately at another clinic. As the owner of a business dependent on quality customer service I would be appalled if one of my employees treated a customer the same way she treated me. That person would be fired.

I took my dog there for the first time. Everyone was very nice. They treated my dog very nicely. She got all of her shots , dewormed , check for heartworms, got her nails cut , and 2 prescriptions for about $220.00 . One of the ladies there I did not care for that much. She had a little bit of sarcasm about her and also the kennel is right at the front of the building so all you hear are the dogs barking uncontrollably the entire time. Other than that it is a great place , friendly staff , and right around the corner from where I live .

We recently adopted a rescue kitty that, unbeknownst to us, was very ill. We spent several nights staying up with our new baby because she was so sick. We did many tests and Drs. Gena and Jenny and their staff were SO amazing. When Lexi spent the night with them to receive fluids, I even received a video text from Ashton when she was checking on Lexi and feeding her at 11:15 at night. They did everything in their power to take care of Lexi and to make us comfortable in the process! AMAZING place! Thanks to them Lexi is a healthy member of our family!

Super disappointed. Went there 3 weeks ago for a yeast infection in my dogs ear. That visit was $262. I had to schedule a follow up visit that was just supposed to be ear follow up and 2 vaccines that my dog was due. First of all they have 3 receptionists and it took a ridiculous amount of time to check in. Then the receptionist brought in a piece of paper with literally 10 things on it and gave me an "estimate" of well over $500! I was like my dog was here 3 weeks ago and this should just be his vaccines and a follow up. After narrowing it down the cost would be $250. Ok fine. I did decide to add a fecal test after the fact when I looked at my digs records and saw he was due one. Get to the register after the visit and they start going thru everything I was being charged for. One of those things was the flu vaccine (which by the way is sneakily called CIV and was not explained to me prior to consent). I did NOT want my dog to have that vaccine and of course it was $50. My total was $380! For a follow up on his ear and his yearly vaccines. This place seems to be going in an unethical direction and I'm so very disappointed. The vets are great but this is shady.

I brought my new rescue dog there for a routine checkup. The office is very nice and so were the employees - my dog did not need any vaccinations and was already neutered but they did precautionary blood work anyway with my permission. The bill was $334. I scheduled a dental - I received an estimate for over $600 - nickel and diming me all the way I felt such as adding $100 for an antibiotic injection instead of pills; etc. I have never come across this at any vet I've ever been to. I also ordered preventatives (simparica- which they recommended) through Petco which I always do. They refused to approve this due to the fact they want you to order through their mail order company for the same price. They then told me that if I want a prescription for it I would have to pick it up at their office and the fee for writing the Rx would be $16.50! This whole business scares me.
