Only complaint I have is that there are 3 different buildings and they never tell you which building you need to go to when your appointment is scheduled. I am not a good guesser so I usually choose wrong. I could call and ask but it would be nice if they would provide that info. People are friendly. They get you in and out. Very efficient. Doctors are very knowledgeable. I had cataracts replaced with prescription lenses. Very happy with my vision. I've had several YAG procedures which have cleared up cloudiness and floaters. Nice to be able to see so we'll.

Went for cataract surgery Aug 2022. Consult visit and surgery came off smoothly and am very happy w my perfect vision with new lens implant. I was surprised to find the long history of negative reviews- but I noted they were mostly people getting routine eye exam for prescription glasses and contact lenses. I can't comment on that aspect of their business, only the outpatient surgery for cataract lens replacement, and it's top notch for that

Rushed, dismissed and not informed of lens material, prescription or technology requiring brain neuroadaptation for 3 focal points. Misdiagnosis PCO and suggested YAG in error. No prescription before surgery. Now told PRK after surgery also. No follow up from office to discuss Panoptix Enlihhten or Visual Disturbances and solution customized for my lifestyle

DO NOT PROCEED WITHOUT RESEARCH AND SECOND OPINION!Rushed into agreeing to Panoptix multifocal lens. No trouble with intermediate or distance vision. Slight prescription for bifocals. Most important issue was halos, starbursts and night vision when driving. Upsold a multifocal lens which has problems with causing the problems I had discussed resolving with IOL during cataract surgery.Rushed and canceled first appointment. Took measurements by machine again and spoke to billing instead of consult with Optometrist or Optomologist. Booked appointment based on presumption concerns had been taken into consideration. Measurements and lens had been chosen to improve or eliminate halos, starbursts and issues with light sensitivity. With every visit floaters remained an issue and vision clarity and contrast was now an issue. Headaches and lack of peripheral vision decreased. Have decided to not proceed with PCO YAG surgery to clear scar tissue and allow more light into eyes allowing pupils to dialate and prevent sensitivity.Having a military background based on my vision being accurate and eyes being able to distinguish visual objects at distances this has been a nightmare. Can't drive at night. Lights in home cause fireworks and auras that cause headaches. Discussed importance of vision as a professional CDL and sponsor motorcycle driver. A lens with an increased chance of affecting vision for a simple low bifocal prescription and no need for anything else was unprofessional and a simple upsell over and above what Medicare would cover out of pocket.

I was referred by my GP for possible eye surgery. I checked in online, prepaid, arrived on time. Then I waited for two hours in the middle of a work day to see a brusque doctor who introduced himself only as an afterthought. Saw him for 10 minutes. No explanation or apology for the wait. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will not be back and I would never trust these people with my vision care.

This place is the absolute worst at keeping appointments. They rescheduled us 11 times. Some without even contacting us to ask for a preference. The wait time on two visits was well over an hour but the Doc said the visits were required that day. I do not recommend this company at all.

My husband is a physician and taught me that practices know exactly what they are doing when they overbook all day every day. They do not respect your time. Eye Care Assoc. of South Tulsa overbook time slots so there is a long wait for everyone. That is so very selfish. When you arrive the waiting room is full and parking lot is full. You will feel like a herd of cattle! My appointment was at 9:30. I arrived on time and 40 minutes later I asked how much longer. 50 minutes later I was moved to a different smaller waiting room. A little old lady said, "Always a good wait here is it it?"I said I am new is it always like this?? She said absolutely! Then a young man said, "My appointment was at 9:00. Total lack of communication and extremely long waits every visit."I left and told front office, I'm sorry I am not a fit for this practice. My time is a whole lot more valuable than this. It was apparent that waiting is a known issue and they are very aware of it. She nodded like I was not the first unsatisfied soul. So if you don't mind (counting commute time) 3 hours at an eye appointment this is for you. Otherwise, the competition is stiff in this specialty. Do yourself a favor and go to one that values you as an individual.

They rush through there surgerys, caused swelling of the eye, and keeps making excuses, also while checking my chart on the things they done to my eyes, noticed two different lens one in one a different one in other, they were to be same on both eyes after cataract surgery on a recheck I brought it to there attention they made all kinds of excuses. I took copies of this on my chart showing the difference amazing 3 days after I told them they changed my chart to match, I have talked to some professionals about this I have been told they can add to my chart but can not go in and change the prior results. I now have to see a Retinal specialist for the swelling they caused for there carelessness of rushing the cataract surgery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Eyecare Associates. Go to the one in Jenks for any eyecare you may need or get a second opinion be for making a decision. I have some more people that used Eyecare Associates with real bad results from the procedures. Be very careful on you decisions
