Needed a wheel alignment BADDDDDD and was recommended by a tire shop. I didn't have an appt but the receptionist checked with the mechanics and they were able to get me in right away. I took a little over an hour and I was back on the road. My car even rides better than before. I'm happy with the results.Quick, professional and nice staff!

Not sure how someone can post such a negative review for a service they never even used. Personal interactions are just that, personal, and are a 2 way street. You treat someone without respect, you're probably going to get the same back in kind. As far as who Mike W. spoke to, not sure, but I have always found Justin (owner) straight forward and honest. He is the quiet type so if you need a salesman to grab your hand and slap your back, he's not the guy. If you need a guy to give you an honest quote on what needs to be done to get you rolling, he's the man. Along with using Justin myself, I have sent several women from work his way as I knew he would treat them as customers, not people to be taken advantage of. All three women have continued to use him over the years and in my mind, that speaks volumes.

First I want to state I am a Previous Auto repair shop owner & a certified Mechanic for more than 35 years.I never tell a repair shop I may use I am a mechanic, I act as though I know nothing for a true pulse on the facility.I have used this company many times for Alignments over the years, however this last time did not go well.I was told my car could not be aligned because I needed 2 outer tie rod ends (right & left sides) however, right before the snow hit the Right Side Inner & Outer tie rod end were replaced brand new only 12 days earlier, guess they needed replaced because they were now dirty.Then the "mechanic" said that the front Brakes & Rotors needed to be replaced.. Which was just performed 6 months previous.Other than that, Front brake repairs NEVER affect an alignment on ANY car!!! A brake job repair is NEVER required for the cars wheels to be aligned!!!Requested Service $85.00... Bogus Price estimate over $500.00!!!I feel bad not being able to use this company any more, but not as bad as I feel for those folks who know nothing about cars having this place repair their vehicles. No telling how much over charge there is over the years!!!

This is the only place i''ll take my vehicles to, Justin is honest and great on pricing. He does great work never had a issue. been to other places and they want to charge me for work I dont need.. Will continue to use Justin and send friends and family his way..Great Job..

Poor customer service from Justin. If it wasn't for Scott, my right axle wouldn't have got fixed properly.

I went into this establishment the other day. I had heard good and bad about it and thought since I work close by I'd try it for convenience. I had been in 2 or 3 times in the last few years and didn't do much business because the man who ran the counter just didn't seem to want to deal with people. But again, convenience reared it ugly head and I went in again. The guy that had been there every other time is gone i guess and now I have some young kids that just don't seem to be customer friendly...maybe related to the other guy?? Anyway, I got a quote on some work I needed and thought its seemed high. I went to another shop and guess what.. it was high. The guy at the second shop told me he'd heard it changed hands and this isn't the first time he's been able to gain a customer after they talked to him. I got to say this...its not so much the price....i'll pay higher money for quality work....its the attitude. If it hadn't seemed like such a chore to help me, I would've probably let them do the work......got to get friendlier
