Very nice room, friendly staff and a room discount if you are visiting someone at a local hospital like St John's. Located a straight shot down 21st street from the hospital next to the fair grounds

I came here on a work trip and my first room had a broken bed I would sit down the whole bed came up! Second room they switched me too had a broken bed and blood all over the walls! Third room there was more blood !! This is ridiculous and disgusting I cannot believe that there even rated a 3.9!!

It should say something when there is packed horse show at the expo center and the the place was empty. Everyone else was staying at other hotels. It was my first time here so I didn't know better. It is dirty,stained sheets on my bed. I had reserved 3 rooms and cancelled 2 in the allotted time. But they never sent a confirmation of the cancellation. When I arrived the young person at the desk didn't know anything. No manager available. When I called later they had no record I called to cancel. I asked for the manager and she was the manager that took my cancellation. I was charged 2 extra room 2 nights. Breakfast was Bucket O mandarin oranges with a ladle.

Reserved 6 months out for King room got Dbl Queen And rate went from 79.00 to 145.00 per night. Mold in bathroom everywhere

Hotel itself seems ok. If you're staying here don't plan on reliable wifi though. It's very frustrating trying to work & being disconnected every 2 seconds. For the price they should have wifi at least as good as McDonald's like come on. Very annoyed.

Jamal, the front desk reservationist is the reason for the 5 rating. He was very compassionate. He listen attentively, answered all our questions, understood the need of our emergency situation. He jumped into action gave us the best room possible which made us feel at ease and comfortable.

I would not give this dump any stars. Room is filthy, there was moldy food in a to go box in the mini fridge, one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Velour blanket on bed for comforter. We made reservations 6 months ago for the Residence Inn By Marriott Tulsa South but got bumped last minute and they booked us here without us knowing. We are lifetime titanium members with Marriott and do not understand why they did not move us to another Marriott property. We had reservations for 3 nights to come and see the PGA Championship golf tournament. I am sending photos of our room.

This was The most filthy ... disappointing hotel I have Ever stayed in! We were there payed for a full 6 days ... I asked to have room clean when I checked in " due to Covid protocol you must ask " room never got cleaned for 3 days ... oh we don't clean on Sundays ... oh you must call in every day in the morning when you want it cleaned ... the first night walking from bathroom to bed my feet were black and I had someone's contact lens on the bottom of my foot ... AC didn't work .. blow dryer not there ripped from wall ... ants all over window ... phone ripped from wall ... when I showed manger pictures and want to not stay there for the 6 days it was like Too bad wow ! What a shame for Tulsa a a huge venue close by and that represents your city sad

Last minute available room. But....dirty, out of date, and in serious need of repair.....especially for $119/ night.

I booked a reservation at this hotel. I called to cancel 5 days ahead because I tested positive for COVID. I was told that I could cancel and that they did not want me there with COVID. I went through my booking agent for the cancellation. I have called twice and emailed once. The booking agent has emailed numerous times and called several times, always to be told that I could cancel with full refund. They will not, however, process the appropriate paperwork so that I can get my refund. I am furious and will never book there again.
