Eureka Charcuterie

Delicious salami and cheeses. We drove a long way for some great food. Great service and friendly people. We sure are glad we found this place last year.

Scott was generous with the samples and his knowledge on all things sausage. He let us taste every single sausage he had for sale. Man it was so good. Funky deliciousness of real aged dried sausage. The kind with the with powdery mold stuff on the casing. And it made right here in Eureka Springs! Loved it all but esp the hot and the sweet soppressatta. @$12 a sausage it isn't cheap. But remember it's locally sourced heritage breed pork, butchered, ground, spiced, cased, hung & aged and loved by the guy cutting you samples. This is awesome stuff get in here and buy some.

WOW! What an amazing experience. Absolutely loved our tasting. The owner gave the best descriptions of the salami's as we tasted them. We loved our charcuterie box. We will make the drive from KC again.

Warm crepes, unique jams & jellies, flavorful meat, tasty cheese, dips, chips & crackers, snacks, jarred mustards, pickled vegetables, & more. Eureka Charcuterie is a great place to visit if you are looking for snacks or gifts, having guests over for dinner or a party, or simply looking to shop somewhere unique in the downtown area. We ordered a warm crepe with fresh strawberries and homemade creme. We also purchased a bag of unbelievably spicy pork rinds. Make sure to stop here while shopping in downtown Eureka Springs!

We love to make our own charcuterie boards and what a fine place to begin! A quaint little shop packed with all kinds of gourmet items to fulfill your tasting buffet dreams.We purchased a 1/4 lb of Old Amsterdam aged Gouda, and it is pungent like a Parmesan but smoother and also contains the salt crystals of a fine aged cheese. To go with it, we purchased some smoked Coppa, some really tasty gluten free crackers called Cult Crackers. Don't be put off by the gluten free, my husband even remarked how good they were. They remind me of Mary's gone crackers but they are much more tender!To top it off they had some gluten free bacon jam. They have a lot of Spanish items like canned fish, olives and the like. We picked sardines.We had a tasty repast with the help of the cheese monger between lunch and dinner thanks to Eureka Charcuterie.

My husband and I tried all morning to find where this business has relocated to and never found it. Last year we visited it when they were on Spring St. Bought several meats and cheeses, all that were outstanding...and we were looking forward to visiting again this year.Our search showed they are still in business....but we cannot find them, no matter how hard we try. Yelp shows them in business still, FB shows them in business still and so does Google...but, we cannot find them.Bummer!

Fantastically nestled on the very bottom of the Beautifully designed flat Iron building of Eureka Springs Arkansas sets Eureka Charcuterie. The cured meats are a delicacy and the owner Scott Dobbins (charcutier) cured salumi are some of the best I've tasted in quite some time, sensational treat to the palate. After taking with the owner and charcutier he mentioned his new establishment will have a Beautifully designed curing chambers . I'm excited to see what's in surprise this coming September. If you haven't been here yet you are missing out! The artisan salami is melt in your mouth goodness. Perfect for a light date night dinner or a night in. A great value especially for the size of these charcuterie boards and way cheaper than sushi. You simply must go see Scott at Eureka Charcuterie .

Happened upon this little gem in downtown Eureka Springs and it's an A+ for me. Handmade salami, cheese that is not what I can get at the grocery, crackers and all the sides to take home. What a treat to gather all the things I needed for my make at home charcuterie....don't miss this shop.
