Happen to be in Miami and picked this Mexican restaurant to eat at after a wrestling tournament. Service was great. Food was also very good. I had enchiladas and so did my granddaughter. We would go back if we were up there again.

I always get a chimichanga and they have Always been good. I haven't been here in ten years and it's still good. Cozy seating, friendly staff! The booths are tall so lots of privacy. The chips and salsa are good

This place is your best bet for close to being authentic Mexican food!! Fajitas are good and big in size salsa and chips are ok more flavor then the other places in town well like the other places in town when they say beef it's hamburger meat not a choice of shredded beef like any real Mexican restaurant!! We also had combo meals of burrito taco enchiladas well beef burrito had only beef in it no cheese or anything it was dry taco was pretty good enchilada sauce lacked any kind of flavor or spice I was disappointed service was good place was clean still your best bet for Mexican full service restaurant in Miami for most authentic tacos go to either place in commerce

A great choice for a good Mexican meal. The staff is friendly and professional. They have an extensive menu with a good selection of beef, chicken, pork and shrimp dishes. The atmosphere is clean and well kept. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for their birthday policy. A word of caution, don't tell them it is your birthday unless you want whipped cream smeared on your face!!

I think this place is great . The menu is extensive and service very good! Today was $1.99 margaritas and they did not skimp or water down. I had fajitas which were delicious. The place is clean and they couldn't be more accommodating. Give it a whirl.. you won't regret it.

*** Review is during COVID-19 ***No masks worn except by one employee, who is at the front desk. So the servers who are in direct contact with customers and their food are not. This has been consistent over several visits throughout the pandemic. They are usually still pretty busy, even on weekday nights... so not easy to socially distance. Even when just waiting for takeout, it can be hard to stay away from others (who are also unmasked, of course) in the small entry area. All this is my main reason for lowering a star right now - I wish they tried a little harder to take some precautions. On one visit while picking up the takeout, the staff was pretty attentive and asked three times "how many?" even though we weren't needing to be seated, so kudos for that. And clearly (if it wasn't already), takeout isn't a popular choice there that they're used to getting people not needing to be seated...We ordered some queso, and the 16oz is a great amount for sharing. We usually even have a tiny bit leftover too! It's classic, cheesy, and not spicy. It's the white queso instead of yellow, which I usually prefer anyway. The salsa is very mild, not necessarily bad (though I'll admit I'm personally not a huge fan of it, because of that), just not a lot of flavor other than tomato. Last time we finally remembered to ask if they could put some of their spicier salsa in, which I like. Because the regular salsa is SO mild, the spicier one is quite a jump. It has that slight bitter (maybe cilantro?) flavor.I tried the pollo durango for the first time, because for whatever reason the combination of mushrooms and cheese sauce sounded good at the time (even though that's not normally something I'd pick over other stuff). It was alright but I do wish there was more cheese on it, especially with that being one of the main pieces of that dish. Honestly you could have told me they forgot it, and maybe they did. Luckily we had the queso we ordered for me to add to it. The chicken was a pretty good amount and I liked that it was in easy to eat sizes (more like fajita style) rather than one big piece like some places. I thought the mushrooms were very good with both a nice flavor and texture. I've also had the taco salad a few times, which is usually a good choice and pretty standard to what you'd expect anywhere.

I can say without a doubt, that each plate that came to our table, lacked any bit of flavor. I got the flautas, and the beef tasted boiled, with zero seasoning. The enchiladas that my son ordered were awful. No flavor. Took 15 minutes for one drink
