El Tenampa

This is the best Mexican restaurant I have eaten in east of central California. The food was excellent, the staff was great, and the price was amazing. I had the Burrito Medow, a steak and chicken burrito with guacamole, sour cream, and lettuce. Covered in a great tasting cheese sauce. My wife had the Jalisco special. Chicken, shrimp, and Asada with a cheese sauce over rice. The portions were great and everyone in our party of 8 were very pleased. When you get the chips and salsa, ask for the queso dip also. You will not be disappointed!!We will return here each time we are in the area.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the check in person at the nearby Hampton Inn. We were not disappointed! The restaurant is very big and we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations for food. The food arrived quickly and was very good. I especially enjoyed the order of Chile Verde, the pork was tender and very flavor and the chile verse sauce was also very good.

Ate here for the second time and my husband got the molchahete Mexicano... just wow! Even after he finished, the dish was still bubbling. It was incredibly hot. Food and service were excellent.

Had dinner here with co-workers. The food didnt have much flavor. The server got two of the four orders wrong and had little interest in checking back on us after mentioning the "top shelf" margaritas didnt seem to have any alcohol, just mix.

Everyone's food was great, and the place itself is beautiful. I fully recommend d checking this place out. It opened April 8th, and they're off to a great start.

We were in town for an evening when we decided on this place. They have a nice patio. Our service was very good. Drinks never went empty. Food came out hot and tasted as expected, pretty good. I would have given 5 star but I didn't care for their ground beef texture.

Just had lunch with friends. Emily's special, taco salad, beef burrito all delicious!!! Service was excellent. Brand new, beautiful decor. Prices are in line with other Mexican restaurants. We will definitely be going back!
