Solid tacos. Got the Pastor, Carne Asada, chicken and beef cheek. Served nice and piping hot in the clamshell. You're probably gonna want a fork to clean up the remaining made the topples out.Salsa was delicious. The Verde had a nice, albeit meek flavor. Heads up that brownish roasted salsa is quite hot. Great prices. $4.50 for four tacos. Would stop again without hesitation if in the neighborhood

Came here two different times. The carne asada really isn't carne asada. The rice wasn't flavored to well, tasted more like water. The chili wasn't even spicy for the tacos and the jarritos are $2. El Ranchero is better off than here. Sorry amigos, Pero you got to do better.

Wouldn't recommend. First of all, it was a communication issue, the other lady did not willing to write or type the note via our smartphones when I ordered was the "#5 with Cabez please do not put beans. and #3 with lengua." She didn't handwriting instead spoke with me. Honestly, I'm deaf and cannot read their lips. I thought she was pretty understandable when she read... I was wrong.Second, I found out my order was wrong after coming that happened, and I asked my boyfriend to exchange our orders, then he came to me and he told me everything. That was a pretty long story, that I summarized that I explained it to her, but seemed refused to be willing to work with me to solve the problem. I requested her to refund my money back because of their fault who did not read my order which of #5 and #3, but I never mentioned "tacos." They had also refused to refund my money back. Wait, My boyfriend and I didn't eat our orders that we recently found out. Last time, I had no problem with the previous lady who worked there since 2017. I used to love this fast truck-- unfortunately, I have to find another fast truck who more deaf-friendly. I felt lost completely and a bit disappointed. This was the first time for happened that I went through-- There are only two disadvantages that I am disappointed in.1. They are not DEAF and DISABILITY friendly when they probably will not be willing to write a note down. It is only communication issues. 2. They will not refund anyone else's money unless you would request only you DO NOT eat them yet. if There's only you have to find out the wrong foods as your order. Tomorrow I will bring my boyfriend to my bank and I will have no choice to fill a dispute complaint which is not enough to satisfy. I will not come back. I'm going to hunt where is Taco King guy's truck is.

I've been wanting a decent food truck near my neighborhood for a while and now we finally have one! I was driving around looking for breakfast tacos, and stumbled onto this truck. While they don't have breakfast they do have amazing tacos! I ordered the asada tacos, and they were incredibly flavorful! They were also very fast and friendly. For around $1.30 a taco you can easily fill up for very little coin. The only downside is there is no cover near the truck, so it's very unforgiving during the summer heat. Be sure to order and wait for them to wave to you in your vehicle. With this excellent truck here I have no clue why people still go to Taco Bell across the street... Anyway, I look forward to trying their other entrees such as the flautas and burritos! If you're in the neighborhood give them a try!

Finally, a late night taco truck in southeast Tulsa! El Refugio Azteca has great tacos, burritos, and flautas for decent prices and is conveniently located right off hwy 169 at 61st and Mingo. The menu has pretty much all the standard items typical of a taco truck, with tacos only later in the evenings. There's even a table to sit at outside, making it a great spot for late night food after drinks or working late. Bring friends!

Authentic Mexican food, tacos are always delicious just wish they would trim a little more fat on the cabeza tacos but other than that it's a great sport and food is always delicious. Have always had a great experience with service. Would definitely recommend!

I stopped by today to get some tacos with rice. The meat was horrible, very chewy and full of fat, the rice was hard. (I'm a man and I know how to cook rice right) I'm pretty sure the workers would never eat this garbage. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Used to be pretty good, but they went downhill. My recommendation, reinvent themselves.

Great taco truck and one of the few that serves crispy tacos. My go to spot on the south end of Tulsa.
