Staying on a keto diet at a Mexican restaurant can be a challenge but I did okay by not going deep into the chips and salsa. That was tough because the chips were pretty darned awesome - just the right thickness and salt, plus the salsa was not too wet. It would have been easier to say "No" if they were bad and they were not!I chose the carne asada as my main, skipping the tortillas and getting extra salad instead of rice and beans. A really good portion of thin skirt steak, seasoned nicely. It did need the knife and fork. Delicious and very filling!A clean restaurant with great service. Food was absolutely delicious, I got the shrimp, chicken and steak fajitas definitely will be going again soon.

El pueblito had great food and personal service. Nice staff. Clean and TV to watch games.

Loved this little Tex mex place we visited yesterday. We did the combo fajitas for two-the meat was plenty and fresh. We also did 2 skinny margs and they were well done. My son ordered the Mexican pizza for lunch and ate the rest for dinner it was huge.

We came here on Sunday evening a few weeks back and I've craved it ever since. While most of our crew enjoyed Steven's specials, I got the queso that has shrimp, beef, and chicken it.

Good food! Great service! Usually don't go to this location but go to the one in Rogers, but my sister recently moved to Centerton and we went to this one. The food was really good.

We eat at El Pueblito regularly. They have on Monday that include margaritas for $2.99. Today I had chicken fajitas and they were delicious. The service is always very good. Highly recommend.

Food is always tasty and hot. Service is great! Our favorite restaurant and we go frequently.

The food is excellent and affordable. Service has been great the 5 times we've been there. And the ambiance- let's just say the place is clean and beautifully decorated. We love eating there.

This review is for the Centerton location. I ordered chile verde, which is hard to find in the area. The dish consists of cubed pork meat simmered in a green chile sauce. What I received was pork carnitas(somewhat shredded) topped with a bland green sauce. The pork had its own distinct taste, a light smoky flavor. The green sauce was bland. The plate had rice and refried beans topped with white cheese, possibly Monterey Jack. The beans were very good. When I finished the plate I began to eat the remaining chips and salsa. Their salsa is very flavorful, but mild. No pica! I think there was a hint of cumin.I rated 4 stars because I want to believe that the chile verde fiasco was a mistake.
