I got a BLT from there and all they gave me was bacon on toast. Service is okay I guess. But other than that pretty nice

Everything seemed underdone. Chicken fried steak was mushy and lacked flavor. Seemed like a flour breading only.

So I wasn't able to find another place to sit down and have breakfast in Coffeyville, KS. IF there is another it didn't show up on yelp or google right away.In any case, I popped in here on my way from Tulsa, OK to Overland Park, KS. I popped in to this country style chain restaurant and was treated like a local. The staff were warm and friendly from the git go. I sat at the bar as I was travelling alone. I asked for coffee and it came out quick and was hot. I ordered and omlete with hash browns and biscuit and gravy. The food did come out quickly and was presented well, but wasn't the best I'd ever had. I did get exactly what I ordered but for me the quality just wasn't there. The hashbrowns were mostly cooked but only partially brown.For a small town this place really isn't bad. Service was good and the food was hot like the coffee and again the staff were super friendly. This is still a solid spot to come in and grab a meal but there is room to improve. If I get hungry for breakfast on this trip again, I'd be happy to stop back in.

Not the cleanest place I ever been. Awful chicken fried steak. I've seen thicker cardboard! Batter was tasty but the cardboard had a freezer burn flavor or something- not sure. Soooo stay clear of the chicken fried steak. Can't say much about other food items. Seemed like the potatoes were good. For amazing chicken fried steak i'd recommend the Copan truck stop in Copan Oklahoma on US 75 just south of the Kansas state line.

I enjoyed this little cafe. The service was attentive and the food was great. The hashbrowns were crispy, the veggie omelet was perfect and the prices fair. I'm so happy I came here instead of a fast food breakfast.

We are Eggburt's fans. Both Bartlesville & Independence are always good. But today we were in Coffeyville. I needed something hot to drink & there was Eggburt's Coffeyville. When we walked in there was a huge pile of dirty dishes on the bar. Ok so not a great start but my husband was hungry. I asked for hot cocoa. We both ordered off the Sr. Menu. I ordered a chicken fried chicken & asked for french fries (it comes with mashed potatoes & your choice of vegetable). I was told they could not do that because the Senior menu does not allow for substitutions. Senior discrimination? Ok so my choice of vegetable would be french fries. Nope can't do that either. Manager came out & absolutely refused to allow one potatoes dish to be traded out for another potato dish. But she said I could buy a side of French fries. Fine bring me a side of French fries. I got cold cocoa which was dribbled on the table by waiter. I recieved a large breaded chicken breast with gravy & mashed potatoes. And a separate plate of French fries. No vegetable. My husband ordered a Senior hamburger steak. It was chewy. Mashed potato was powdered potatoes & his corn was a two tbsp portion that did not taste right. My husband is not picky at all so for him to complain means it was bad. On top of that every few minutes I would get a smell of sewer! As we were walking out we had to pass by the hallway where the restrooms were located. The sewer smell was very strong there. We will never go to Coffeyville Eggburt's again. And I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

For the price it wasn't really worth it one of the waitresses had her child in there while she was working not very professional. I ordered a chef salad that was like $10 all the ingredients listed on the menu were not in the salad and it didn't even fill me up

Eggberts is delicious! Imagine ihop, but better and in coffeyville KS. Scrambled eggs were a bit lacking, however everything else was delicious. It was also very affordable. I love eggberts #15

The restaurant could definitely use a facelift on the inside - the seating placement is strange and it's just dark/gloomy. Food was pretty decent. Burgers were juicy and the fries were hot. The sweet tea was ehh...not sweet; tasted like tap water and stevia.

Very good food and staff, Sometimes u get a distracted waitress but most of them are nice and professional, I love when They keep my coffee cup hot and full.
