Eddy's Lakeside Bar

Super busy during the summer, but we caught it right at the end and the service and food was good! Timing is everything here! Nice mix of boaters,, Hotel, guests and locals.

Four for boat and people watching.Three for food, beverages and service.Seriously, though, maybe a five for people watching. We saw at least two bachelorett parties there tonight. HILARIOUS.Service was good but not fast. Mixed drinks were OK. Beer in cans only.Live band tonight. Servers wore masks and tables are all outdoors.

Pretty bad. Debated on giving a one or two star but gave two stars since it was Sunday afternoon in the summer and they must have had a really busy weekend.Took forever to get anyone to wait on us. I think everyone was tired from from Friday and Saturday, but still.....At least our waitress was really nice. I made the mistake of ordering a vodka drink with sprite in it-the waitress said it was really popular and I thought it would be similar to a cosmo but so wasn't. They don't even have a drink menu to look at but they do have a full bar. They were out of pork-which was like half of their menu items! Ordered a burger without a bun and tator tots. It was ok, nothing to come back for! Disappointed, would expect more from the Shangri La Resort.

They're doing their best. We are here for a conference, so the place got flooded with people and inevitably the kitchen got backed up. Also be aware that this is "lake time" so don't expect quick service. Enjoy your time with who you're with.Food was good, but nothing to write home about. I ordered the eddy burger but with chicken and a side salad. The chicken was grilled and not dry so points for that. Side salad was good. The millions of bugs were annoying, but I guess it's the price we pay for eating outside. The stars aren't for the service or environmental complaints. They are for the food. Our server was working hard trying to cover many tables.

I was looking forward to a nice lunch on the lake so we went to Eddy's. My assumption was at Shangri-La it should be good. I ordered a ceasers salad with chicken for $16, it came in a plastic box and the lettuce was brown and tasted old and foul.I was so disappointed, I sent it back when the waitress finally came back to the table. I really expected much more from a place with the history that Shangri-La has. The place was far from busy. There's better places on the lake!

We spent $73 ($90 with tip) on 2 burgers and 3 small cocktails. The cocktails were all ice. My burger was ordered with no bun and no side for dietary reasons. No tater tots anymore, limited menu. There were only 2 other tables and I wanted to tell them to go somewhere else! We came by boat a very long way and were sorely disappointed. We will most likely never return. This is not the fun Eddy's of years past. It's been going downhill for the past few years. We should have heeded the poor reviews!

Absolutely terrible service I accidently hit the table where you order and the hostess said please never touch our stuff and the waiter purposely didn't serve us for 30 mins bc of the incident and food was terrible

Food was pretty good but restrooms were so bad we wouldn't use them. When I mentioned to a server the response was the hotel cleans it not us.

We came as a party of 6 and would never come back. Oscar was our server. He constantly mixed up drink orders, and when we ordered well tequila he charged us for Don Julio. Food was decent, but service was very slow

This was the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant in years. The waiter Omaro never brought utensils and we had to go to bar and pick up our drinks we ordered after waiting 20 mins. Once we received our order he never asked if we needed anything else. All of the waiters were just standing and looking at us.
