They were able to work me in, as a walk-in!!! And they even had my file from several years ago! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and roomy.Pre-screen was upbeat and distressing. Even the "puff" was less annoying than usual. We had a good laugh about how you cannot meet everyone -- some want to know, so don't want to know when the puff is coming.Dr Tipton was calming and honest. He really answered my questions without sugarcoating. I appreciate his honesty and straightforwardness. The glasses fitting was spot on! I told her what I wanted, and we found the best combination for me. I am so excited to get updated frames. They will even darken my current frames so I can use them as sunglasses . Win-win!So if you want friendly service, a great experience, and fun frames, then set up your experience with a simple phone call!!! Seriously, do it!

First I want to mention the three younger ladies and the lady in the lens center were very friendly and helpful, but what seemed to be their supervisor (older lady in eye exam area) definitely needs an attitude adjustment Or maybe she should consider retiring. This is my first google review in years or maybe even a decade and I truly considered just chalking it up as maybe she was having a bad day, but NO she was just a very nasty person. My insurance was not going through after we asked if they took vsp on Friday of last week. It was an error on my companies part, but she was like well this is why we call ahead, so what's your decision? I took cash out of my wallet and paid the exam cost plus bought 2 sets of new lenses as I waited for my insurance company to call back. I went down the street as I waited and insurance called and cleared it all up. I returned and asked how I should go about getting this reimbursed? She hops out of her chair and was like "what? she was suppose to call you"with some other snide remarks about how I can use my credit (speaking about the lens lady) I said no ma'am I have not received a call. She then repeated "well I told her to" I said, "it's ok maybe she was busy" I am a very understanding person and I truly feel sorry for the staff that have to deal with that ugly personality daily. I was extremely dissatisfied with her, but the facility was nice and the exam went quick and like I mentioned above every other staff member was very friendly.

Worst place I have been, will never return. The staff was nice and efficient, but the optometrist was horrible, I felt like a piece of cattle. He spent less than five minutes talking and examining my eyes. I went and got my new glasses ( 600 bucks ) and the script was not right. I left feeling like I was not welcomed. Don't bother going in there or the glasses place right next door, it took them 3 times to get my wrong prescription glasses right, and they were not nice either.

The office is just ok. The optical next door deserve a - star I been waiting on my glasses and I never received a call. I had to call in and they were there. Low vibe and no energy from the staff.

I've never had a better experience at an eye doctor before until I came to Eastland. Their whole team and doctor are amazing and listen to your needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care service in the Northeastern OK area.

I have been going here for years and have noticed our last few visits the staff was rude in both the office and the vision center. The office manager is even worse. The doctor is nice and does a good job but the rest of the staff is horrible. Have had to complain about the conduct of the staff several times only to get that I am bothering them. Both my husband and myself will not return to this place.
