Great care received here - had eye exam squeezed me in to use benefits before expired!!!Thorough check of my eyes and vision and explained in detail everything. Answered all my questions, felt so reassured my eyes were in the best care. Ordered contacts and they feel great! Larger selection of frames as well. Staff was friendly and so nice. Facility super clean. Entrance is a quick turn but plenty of parking.

I have been using Eastland Eye Care for around 30 years, since they were located in Eastland Mall. I have tried a couple national chains in that time, but was disappointed with service compared with Drs Tipton, Scavese and staff.Every time I get checked and order glasses they are perfect.My last visit, I hadn't set an appointment, but Dr Tipton saw me with no wait.My prescription normally takes a week to fill, but it's worth it because it's perfect every time.

I have been going here since they were in Eastland Mall and the customer service keeps me going back. I also brought my mom here and got the only straight answer about her eyes. Staff and doctors are great.

I visited this clinic for a contact lens exam, and my experience was excellent. The two receptionists at the front desk were very welcoming. Dr. Nguyen answered all my concerns thoroughly. The whole process went smoothly. It was a great experience overall!

Great service, and so fast! They found an issue on my eye that the mall eye doctor did not find. Good selection of glasses as well.Love that you get in and out fast due to they are staffed up. Followed COVID PPE also. Mask, temp check.

I have been using them for over 20 years. There is a huge difference in service and competency between a serious shop like this and the discount stores in the mall.The optometrist and opticians are seriously experienced and have been working together for at least the last 20 years.If you have any sort of complex vision need, these folks are the ticket. They also take the major vision insurance providers coverage and probably do not cost more than the big chains.Also, the service is incredible. They repaired broken earpieces on my 2 year old glasses while I'm waiting on new ones. The optician spent about an hour sorting through spare parts to find a replacement.
